Breakfast Menu "Va de Vi Bistro & Wine Bar" Walnut Creek

If you're looking for that place that makes those beautiful dishes you see on TV, then this is the place. The plates are kind of small, but the flavors will amaze you. The chefs here are first class. The service is excellent, and the bar and wine cellar well stocked. I like to rate places on how far I would drive to go there, I would easily drive over an hour to eat here.

We don’t have the bistro for my wife’s 60th birthday and it was perfect. The food was tasty. The service was good and the atmosphere outside was perfect. Nice wine pairings and a good beer list. Thanks to everyone for making my wife’s birthday special.

What a beautiful surrounding in the outdoors to have an amazing flight of wine or champagne. The service is great with exceptional food. The flights are very reasonable as well as the price point of the dishes. I had the asparagus salad with egg. At first, I thought there was a cheese croquette on my plate. But no it was a perfectly cooked egg that was breaded. It's my new favorite place to dine in Walnut Creek.

They have really great wine options with a very beautiful ambiance… oh and probably the best cheesecake(not pictured) I’ve ever had. I’d recommend for date nights.

This place was a solid A in my book! I took my wife here for her birthday and we loved it. She was very impressed. The vibe was great! Service, food, and drinks were also really good. The price was as I expected, but it could always be better 😁. Overall, I'd strongly recommend this place and will be back for date nights in the future. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I saw a heat lamp or two, but I don't know if all outdoor seating has a heat lamp so dress warm if you go that route at night. I am absolutely smitten with this place! I'm already counting down the days until I can go again. Recently, my sister and I made a lunch reservation to sit outside, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. To start, we each ordered the French Kiss wine flight, and we couldn't resist trying several of their small plates (which are perfect for sharing between two people). Although I only managed to snap a picture of the wine, it's only because everything was so incredibly delicious that we devoured it before remembering to take more photos. Our order included the delectable cheese plate, mouthwatering glazed carrots, savory grilled artichoke, and refreshing beet salad. We were tempted to order more, but we were happily stuffed. The freshness and presentation of the dishes were impeccable. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with a lovely upscale yet relaxed ambiance. Both our server and the hostess were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They made sure we were seated under the heat lamps as it was a bit chilly outside, but the outdoor area was so enchanting that we still wanted to enjoy it to the fullest. We are already making plans to return soon, eager to savor their dessert sampler and more of their delightful wine options, including the French Kiss flight. This place has won us over completely!

This is my new favorite restaurant that was recommended to me. Every single thing we ordered was amazing, along with the ambiance and service. It felt like we were transported to a completely different place — I couldn’t even believe we were still in Walnut Creek. We came here for dinner and enjoyed dinner on the patio with a beautiful tree in the background lit up with bistro lights, relaxing sounds from water features, enjoyed the warmth from heat lamps directly above us that line the entire outdoor seating section. Zach was our server and he was so friendly and warm. Really all around great evening here and can’t wait to come back!

Truly amazing. Just happened to walk in. Beautiful decor and super friendly staff. Felt very welcomed. Simple and elegant menu. Food was very fresh. Excellent recommendations from our server. Every dish was perfect. We will definitely be back every time.
