A great location for breakfast or brunch if you're in Laguna Beach... this walk-up order Cafe & Restaurant has seating for outdoor eating or you can use the online/ To-Go line for a quick coffee or pastry order! The sit-down line and outdoor seating can fill up quickly - especially in the warm summer months, so plan accordingly. The outdoor seating is tabletops that seat 2 or 3... but if you keep an eye out, you can grab 2 or 3 tables close together for larger groups (if you play your cards right) 😉 There are also outdoor heating lamps for those chilly mornings. Today, we had the "Eggs any Way" that came with a mixed greens and a vinaigrette dressing, with an Italian Cappuccino. We also had the breakfast burrito with black beans and a Honey Vanilla Latte. Super yummy and a great post-walk breakfast!

August 2023 5* The visited the place with friends. This is my first visit to LAGUNA BEACH. The place is located very close to beach so you can just walk down. There are many food, deserts and drink options at this place so you will find it difficult to decide. I tried Vegetarian cheese pizza and banana cake. It was really good. Pizza was good with soft bread. However, it will be little expensive so ready to shell out money. The place is on height so not sure for people with special needs. The restroom are clean.

Lots of outdoors seating which is great because the weather here is almost always perfect! But for the days when it’s not, they have plenty of heaters all over the patio and umbrellas to protect from the sun. People really come here for the atmosphere. The food is alright depending on what you’re looking for. Breakfast is usually the most popular and they have the most options. Their desserts and coffee are pretty solid to if you just want to come by for an afternoon pick me up. Ordering is simple, order inside and they give you a number you place on your table. It can take some time to get your food, especially if they’re really busy. Overall a convenient spot in laguna beach with plenty of metered parking all around.

Every single item I have enjoyed here over the past 2 years has been absolutely exquisite, in every way from the presentation to the freshness of ingredients and flavors, right to the last morsel. In fact, it astounds me how many hoighty-toighty, foo-foo types come here, stand in line for up to 45 minutes to place an order, and only consume HALF the food on their plates! I mean, the portions are fair, and not OVERLY generous, so it's not like one could be SO stuffed that one MUST throw away perfectly good food that anyone else would GLADLY Enjoy, right?? And did I mention how incredibly fresh the produce, meats and Ingredients Are?!?!? Lol. Anyways, after two years I finally thought to give a review; I love the food, and the Baristas are SuperHuman, in my humble opinion, creating the MOST DELECTABLE Artwork in a Mug possible. Only caveat is that quite often said exquisiteness comes long after the meal, as opposed to WITH the meal it was ordered for and meant to be savored alongside. I understand that the baristas are doing the best they can, as fast as they can, and delays *(especially during the height of summer) are to be expected, but still.... I always TIP CASH at time of order, which kinda bums me out when that happens. On this particular occasion I SPECIFICALLY ASKED at time of order "IF I TIP BIG, would you please TRY to see that our drinks come with the meal, or at least SOON after", and while no promises were given, I did get my wonderful cappuccino a couple minutes after the food arrived. One more reason I continue to come back.

I’ve been coming to Urth for years as a lm OC native and am never disappointed. It’s so fresh, delicious, and well prepared. The location is right on pacific coast highway so you can catch a glimpse of the ocean as you eat if you’re on certain parts of the patio. There can be a long line at times but that is because it’s so good. The line goes by quickly and efficiently if there is one and there is a lot of seating. The huevos rancheros pizza is so good that we have to order at least one every visit. In my review I’ve also pictured the basic but amazing egg sandwich. Both dishes are so yummy! I highly recommend giving Urth Caffe and the huevos rancheros pizza a try!

This place uses real orchids for decoration. Exotic. My heart aches a little; in the other hand, this place is like a really nice European style café. The coffee is better than the average, but the food could have been better. I ordered Benedict eggs and the meal was warm-cold temperature and the girl in the cashier didn’t ask me if I preferred potatoes or bread under the eggs and just brought them along with the potatoes. I was expressing this with one of the waiters’ helpers in Spanish which is my language and one of the waitresses came along and told him to go away really rudely. They brought again my dish with bread but still barely warm and the salad wasn’t freshly made and neither was the Hollandaise sauce as it claims to be in the menu.
