Started a new job nearby recently, and have been coming here 2x a week for the past few weeks, trying different sandwiches. So far the Reuben has been the best of the bunch, and the blackened chicken was really good. Today I got the steak and cheese... and it was horrible. The steak was burnt and almost inedible, with very little onion or cheese on it. For almost $12 per sandwich this place is easy overpriced for what it is as well. I can get the equivalent sandwich for $8-9 near my home. If they were huge sandwiches I would get it, but they're really pretty small for the price. TL;DR: Overpriced sandwich shop with mostly good food that is sometimes not cooked properly.

Ordered with explicit directions for both items to come with utensils and mustard on side. Neither had mustard. No utensils. Called to ask they said to call Uber. Uber clearly was not the one making the food. Have now tried this place 3 times and 3/3 times order has been incorrect and food mediocre at best. Instructions are simple to follow. Would not recommend.

Great little spot to grab lunch to go They also have searing outside I personally love their chicken cutlet sandwich. Delicious!!! I would recommend getting a sandwich fresh rather than pre-made here.

Oh my god!! The sandwiches are huge! This is the best bang for your buck that I’ve come across in a long while. I got a Cuban which was super tasty. While not the best tasting, the portion size and freshness of it more than made up for it. My wife got the steak and cheese with onion and she said it was equally as good. The staff was super helpful and it’s a great place to stop if you’re in the area. Heck even if you’re not maybe you should go out of your way for some good eats at Uncles. Go get yerself some!!!

Been coming here for a few years so I decided to finally post a review. A nice little deli on Darien's Post road it is an excellent place to grab a sandwich. They are quite accommodating for special requests for food and the can get everything ready pretty quickly. I ordered the Uncle's Famous Steak & Cheese which was jam packed with meat and each bit was perfect. A very filling sandwich. The Chicken Cutlet sandwich was brilliant as well, ordered it with a buttered roll with a lot of pickles. Better than some other chicken sandwiches out there! Do yourselves a favor and try Uncle's Deli out!

After passing by Uncle’s Deli a number of times my foodie-osity finally took over. First impression: pretty good! The interior is as quaint and inviting as the exterior with prompt, friendly service to boot. Ordered the Rueben (marbled rye!), a prosciutto panini and a large curly fries. All portions were a good value for the portion. Only gripe and the only thing from making this a 5-star review was the excess salt on the curly fries and panini 🧂🧂 🧂, and I love salt! Will def be back to try the “Epic BLT” among other intriguing menu items...

Good food… is it worth $33 for 2 sandwiches and 2 small bags of chips, probably not. One sandwich just had 1 meat and 1 cheese and nothing else! Pricing here has become outrageous. And you don’t even get a pickle with your sandwich.

First time visiting and pleasantly surprised. Very personable staff. The menus are on the ceiling making conversations with staff and decisions interesting. Got the Rachel on a wedge with a coffee
