Food is always good and hot, and service is good unless they don't have enough people working! They really need to hire a host because you literally have to hunt someone down to get seated! But we love this tumbleweed wouldn't go to any other one!
When we got here , the one on State Street, there were only 2 other tables and they both had their food. We placed our order and 45 minutes later still no food. Ask our waitress 10 minutes ago and she said would be right out. I definitely won't be coming back to this one. I never have issues at the Highlander Point location. Update after an hours waiting for 3 meals, they were barely eatable. Mu chicken was way over cooked and dry. My sons medium steak was raw and my brothers beef burrito had no flavor. Even though the manager was walking through the restaurant, he never once bothered to check on the customers
Impulse stop Not a place I would recommend or return to. Menus were dirty...don't understand that Nothing special about food other than over priced and lacking taste.
Love Tumbleweed! Good food and good service! Also so glad they brought back the apricot salsa. Good prices too.
Food is sub par for me. Went for a Birthday celebration and that was fantastic. Waitress was fantastic she gets 5 stars for sure.
The food came out hot and delicious! The two ladies working were super friendly and stayed on top of our drinks and things. They even had some fresh croutons made for us!
Today was my 1st visit but not the last 😋 I called in ahead and spoke with Misty who was warm, welcoming and told me about their specials. I thanked Misty and said we are on our way. 😁 The food is plentiful and Delicious 😋 The drinks are on point. You have to visit and say hello to Misty. ❤❤
Our waitress was very friendly - no complaints there! - but all 4 people in my party, myself included, had issues with our food and/or drinks. 1. Margaritas ordered with salt had no salt & none of them tasted as if they had any tequila whatsoever. 2. It took about half an hour for our food to arrive. 3. Three of the 4 meals were not prepared as ordered. Nothing "fancy" or extra was requested; it was all straight off the menu. (Everyone's food DID look & taste good, it simply wasn't correct,) 4. The icing on the cake (or should that be "the sauce on the enchilada"?) was a rather large piece of clear plastic (thought at first to be glass, but turned out to be the clip portion of an ink pen) my Brother bit into because it was mixed in his food. The Manager was very sincerely apologetic and comped my Brother's meal. She also had his drink re-made properly. That was definitely appreciated! However, with the number of issues we had, I still cannot say this was a positive dining experience and I would think twice about returning.
