Tonight was the second time this week we have been to this Tumbleweed location- due to time of the evening and work. The first time was Monday- there were only a few tables sat, and we had excellent service. My husband has an allergy and the waitress brought him an ingredient list and made sure to alert the kitchen. Food was pretty good, and it was margarita Monday! Saturday was the second night- again there were only a few tables sat, so there was no wait and the service was great again. My husband added peppers/onions to his burrito and he wasn’t a big fan of it, but said it would have been much better just the way it originally was going to be made. The waiter took care of the charge for the burrito without us asking which was very nice. I enjoyed the tacos and salad I had. Very glad to have a good option that is open later, but still provides great service and food no matter what time it is!

Had a very large party and waitress took it upon herself to start taking orders before the entire party was there. Then complained that one person said 10 ppl but we in fact know we said 30. She was completely rude to our children, hushing them and telling them to shut up and at 1 point she was gonna send them out to the dining room unsupervised!! Most orders were wrong. Food was not all that great! But low and behold she was super nice when she was handing out our checks. Her name badge had a manager on it. I have worked in restaurants most of my young adulthood and I would never treat this large party the way she did. We will not ever be going back. Sad on every level!!

The food and service was on point Everything came out at the right time and temperature. My margarita was not good, it tasted bitter. The waiter quickly wisked it away and brought me another.

Our waiter was excellent! I have completely forgotten his name, but because of him, our food could have been awful (was good), but he was so attentive and sweet, he made the experience wonderful.

I am finally done with this Tumbleweed. It is never great, but our visit last week took the cake. We walked in, the hostess took us to our table (we walked past at least 4 employees sitting in separate booths doing nothing on our way there), and then we sat. We sat for 10 minutes. Waitresses walked past and looked at us, but no one said anything - not a hello, we'll be right with you, etc. We eventually had to walk out. No one stopped us or asked if there was an issue. It was ridiculous. The place wasn't even busy!

Came in with a party of 3 as soon as we walked in the bottom of our shoes were sticking to the floor, food also on the floors, table we sat at also sticky and needing to be re cleaned. Waited 15 minutes for a drink and the restaurant was not busy. Food came out cold after 45 minutes, chicken dry, salmon dry, macaroni undercooked and steak tacos sent back. Overall experience was not a good one and will not be returning. Waitress was nice and attentive the only plus to the experience. Do not recommend

The restaurant appeared to be very understaffed(like almost every eating establishment), especially in the kitchen. Our queso came in a Styrofoam cup, so we couldn't place it on the warmer candle. I'm assuming the dishwasher was not working. Our waitress/bartender was giving 110% effort despite the circumstances. The appetizers were okay. I will return, but I'll just stick to the trustworthy Buffalo platter in the future for my appetizer and the chicken chimichanga as my entree.

Hostess was too busy chatting with staff. Took 10 minutes to put our name on wait list. 2 friends of bartender walked in sat down & got waited on without seeing hostess. During this time, several people came in & left because there was no hostess. Several servers & cooks walked outside to smoke. We finally just walked out after 25 minutes total. Won't be back.
