Very friendly staff, excellent customer service!! :-) I really enjoy coming here just wish it was open a little later but overall great coffee shop. Try the yerba mate latte, one of my favorites!
It's an old-looking store but it's clean, people were friendly, and the drinks were good. That being said, I'm only giving it a one star because their free Internet connection is terrible: in addition to being very slow, it randomly stops working completely -- one minute the web browser could load a page, the next it would spin forever. This experience repeats on multiple variants of web browsers, operating systems, and devices. It has not been improved for at least seven years. Their WiFi signal is good and doesn't seem to have any issue, but doesn't help the Internet situation. If not for its convenient location near the Park & Ride, I would've stopped going there a long time ago.
Best coffee on Mercer Island. Beans are not roasted so long that they make a bitter coffee. Small, comfortable place.
It's ok. Not quite a Vivace (no one is), and not quite a Starbucks for ambiance. It's always quite busy and can be difficult if you would like to have a business conversation. Parking can be full most of the time, too.
Great staff and great coffee. It is a terrific third place for many locals. And very generous with supplies for charitable events...Thanks Tully's!
I greatly prefer Tulley's to any other coffee shop in Seattle! And the staff are always friendly & helpful (in all locations)!
Banana bread with chocolate chips & cappuccino - elevate your mood. Nice & clean place, locals show up bright and early for lively discussions, nice place for a sit down with a friend and a cup.
Great coffee and nice little place to hang out and drink it.
