Courtney and Erika were very sweet and helpful when I was in there doing my homework. They helped me select a fun seasonal drink and made me feel very welcome. I also love how they informed me about customers buying a pound of coffee and it would be sent over to our troops over seas. It reminds me of my family who is over seas with our military. Since it reminded me of them I came back in the next day to buy one. Great customer service!

This is one of the few Tully's Coffee shops in the Issaquah area, and I often stop here when driving into work in the morning. It's usually not very busy, and has easy in/out access from the I-90 freeway. The place has a nice fireplace with several chairs and tables for hanging out and using their free WiFi. I definitely prefer their coffee over Starbucks. They also have lots of great pastries and other goodies to eat.

The best I can say about Tully's is that when I go there it's usually because something else is less convenient. I haven't explored the pastry or food options, sticking generally to coffee. The Americano and Drip options are competent, and the Cold Brew they have been offering over the summer has been refreshing. I would say, though, the option that you get here over most other places are the ice cream shakes -- they aren't _fantastic_, but are a good alternative to the other blended coffee drinks from some of the other local coffee purveyors.

Nice interior, good service, fireplace is a plus. Also, every side table has two power outlets, perfect for setting up a laptop and working.

Good service, decent coffee, but hard not to feel this place (or any Tully's) is just days away from closing.

Great coffee, relaxing atmosphere, toys for the little ones near the rest rooms. My son especially loves the batman action figure here! :)

Smoothie was nearly straight sugar, and there are really not enough tables. Good to grab a coffee and go, but too noisy and cramped for an informal business meeting.

Consistent coffee and great place to sit by the fire and read or get some work done. If you’re going to get coffee from a chain, it should be Tully’s. If you’re going to a Tully’s, it should be this one.
