The bagel was good but the wait was kind of ridiculous. Not sure if they forgot about me or what but don’t think I’ll come back unless I’m in the area
Bagels are ok. Customer service just ok. Family bagels on her Jericho is so much better and tastier and the staff is very friendly.
The staff is incredible and caring to all in this community. They go above and beyond. And also have great bagels!

The old guy in the front wear his gloves, but touch his money with it, and then touches peoples foods without throwing out the gloves, or putting a new pair on grossed me out

I have been going there in the mornings for the past few weeks. Not everyday, but often enough. This morning I ordered a flat bagel with scallion cream cheese and egg salad. I got to work. Cleaned my work space and washed my hands. Then I opened my sandwich and began to eat. After finishing over half my sandwich I looked down and there was a large staple in my food. I checked my desk. No staples near my food. In addition, our office uses standard sized staples. This staple was way larger. So I called the store to let them know. The person who answered did not believe me and yelled at me. He said we do not have or use staples or a stapler. He offered me another sandwich. I told him I do not want another sandwich. I just wanted to let you know. The point is that the person did not believe me and yelled at me. I will not be going back.
