Breakfast Menu "Tropical Smoothie Cafe" Port Jefferson Station

I stop here every morning for my half-price smoothie before work. You can't beat the price, and the calories aren't as bad as you would think. The staff knows my order. They are pleasant, smiling, greeted by my name, and are super quick. Love the service as much as the place.

We order through grub hub instead of delivering at work it was delivered to a home and the order was all wrong. When the person went directly to the Port Jeff store to bring to their attention , staff was laughing and making fun of the situaction instead of apologizing. They refused to correct the order and she was charged again , she called corporate direct to complain. They need to improve their customer service and staff needs to be corrected.

Ordered through uber eats. Got sandwiches. They didn't prepare them the way we ordered them (the sticker says to keep stuff off the sandwich and was ignored), and the ranch is completely rotten. Literally rotten food. No thanks.

I feel bad as the staff is always so pleasant, but I feel the owner/manager of this store should be ashamed. You have these poor workers understaffed during busy hours always. The last several times ordering I've waited upwards of 20 + minutes (after placing an online order 30+ minutes in advance) for the order, all the while these workers are being heckled by other impatient customers. This has caused inevitable confusion and disorganization with my last two orders being slightly incorrect or the supplements added (like vitamins) not being blended fully. Please franchise owner, stop doing this to your employees. It makes it a frustrating experience for both them and the customer.

I come here everyday and wait at least 25 minutes for them to make a basic smoothie. Do not come here. They always get my order wrong even though I order from the app.

i am not happy whatsoever, i ordered thru uber a vegetarian hummus wrap yet it came with chicken? i’ve always gotten it and it’s been fine. it also came with a whole slice of cheese which is not it also. no one will answer the phone in the store and i need my money back please

Food and service are always great! If your in Port Jeff, this is the spot to stop by for smoothies or food. Even with the pandemic they have their process in place food is served in a safe environment and the place looks immaculately clean.

Not sure if they have an employee shortage but had the whole place waiting for food. Employee found it as joking manager. Understand it's is Management's poor planning, employees just trying to survive.
