Breakfast Menu "Tropical Smoothie Cafe" Merrick

The one time i go to a different location,something just had to happen. I ordered on the app at 9:20am got there at 9:30am. Only thing that was ready was my food, which is fine because it was about 6 people waiting. Then they left....so i go ask about my order TWICE and they just looked at me then walk away. So i waited again, people ordering and leaving with their orders. 9:55am i asked for a refund, because WHY IS THERE 6 PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER AND NOBODY IS DOING NOTHING? Their all young little girls and one of them was flirting soo hard with what looks to be manager. The gossiping and standing doing absolutely nothing is terrible. Everyone looking at me and not even asking if i need help. I go to drive out the parking lot. 4 of them was outside in the back of the store just standing there talking.

WOW HERE AT 10pm best way to end the night ! 😎👍🏻 blessed that Tropical smoothie is lit and at optimal services so late in the evening.

Delivery orders should be packed with either a sealed bag or a sticker over the top to make sure the lid isn’t popped off & getting sipped out of during transport. The little sticker that covers the straw hole is bare minimum & i didn’t even get that. You guys could’ve at least stapled the bag ..

I went here with my daughter Khalilya Flowers, I was very impressed. The smoothie I had was very good. The service was excellent. The staff is friendly. I rate them a 10 plus. You guys keep up the great work. Blessings to this the establishment.

Had the pleasure of stopping by this location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The staff behind the counter were patient, happily shared their favorites and got us our order in minutes. The Hurricane Smoothie with passion fruit and dark cherries was a blast, and the Bahama Mama was as tropical as it can get in a cup. Lovely staff, great selection, and a location above the rest.

The employees were very kind. Also I ended up getting the Sunrise Sunset!It tasted very refreshing and I love it a lot!I would highly recommend coming here!!

I like happy hour smoothies from opening to 10 am for a little bit over $4 dollars The price does vary from location to location, and depending on if you order food during happy hour, don't pair and save the smoothie, which will cost $1.00 more during happy hour. However, if you're ordering past happy hour, then the pair and save option would be a good benefit. Anywho, I love happy hour it cuts the price of the smoothie in half. If you can make it during that time, it'll be a good option if you want to save some bucks. Island Green smoothie for me all the way, I substitute pineapples for ginger.

Waiting for 30 min for food is REDICULOUS. caring only about the pickup/ online orders instead of the walk-ins. THEY HAVE THEIR PRIORITIES REVERSED !!!
