Came here for 2 smoothie one was good the other had very little to no flavor. I asked for them to remake it and as they did the kids were complaining about the fact of me having an issue with it. I’ve had this drink at least 15 times so I know how it should taste. I really didn’t appreciate how they were smart mouthing in the back as I just wanted a tasty smoothie probably won’t stop back at this location for awhile.

I've never been unhappy with a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie. Today was an exception. Ordered 4 smoothies and absolutely all of them had pretty much no flavor. We couldn't even decide what they tasted like. Pretty much water with a tiny bit of some type of fruit. For the price we paid for all 4, it was absolutely ridiculous. Not sure if it was a new staff member who made them and they wern't trained properly or a staff that didn't care for their job. Whatever the case, the smoothies we paid for and received were unexceptable.

The experience was good, however the smoothie(s) were bland and had no flavor. This is the second time this has happened at this location. P.s. I had the blimey limey

Visited at the beginning of the summer to pick up lunch for my sister and our kids. Embarrassingly when I got to her house, realized they left out 2 of our meals. Called immediately and they acknowledged their mistake but saud they couldn't credit my card back bc the manager was not there. Over the next few days and weeks I left several messages for a manager that was very negligent in responses. I was told he was out if town,, would call me back the next day and that he had several calls to return because they'd opened really late in day so I was essentially on a list to call back. I finally spoke with him weeks later. Was told he could not credit my card bc of the system abd it not being the sane day to pull up the transaction, but that I could either go back in person for the refund or to get get 2 sandwiches a day 2 smoothies I emphasized the rarity that I'm ever in that area, but he assured me that he'd write a note and that it would be honored the next time I came in. I called today to let them know I was on my way with my kids and wanted to ensure no hiccups. They said that the note was not there and that the manager does not recall the conversation and that they only keep customer credits for 2 weeks . Fortunately for me I have call records and receipts to support. Just really annoyed at the AWFUL management this place is under. This was not a matter of a poor tasting order that they tried to make right-- rather, iy they charged me for more than $25 worth of items that they did not provide. mdid not provide. I'll be disputing through my cc company and definitely not returning.

It would go a really long way to teach these young kids customer service. A "hello" or "welcome" and not standing around waiting to be acknowledged. I know they saw me. They stared at me for several minutes in the back before they played mental rock paper scissors on who would serve me. Also, the music playing was very vulgar rap. I wouldn't be so forgiving if I had to wait 20 min for smoothies with my kids in there. Charged for edible straws they didn't have. Highly doubt I'll ever get that refund...they seemed clueless. 😕

Tropical smoothies prepared with delicious ingredients. The sunrise sunset and the hurricane smoothie were so good. The staff were attentive to our needs.

I was there a few minutes ago and I got a flatbread and it had a hair on the tomato I went back to get another one and this time the hair was in the lettuce 😕 I never complain or leave reviews but I had this bad experience

So. I ordered from Grubhub. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap. I told the lady (she wouldn’t give me her name) the situation and that receipt also says no cheese. She also told me her manager was not in and to come pick it up. I told her that was not a answer I was looking for. As grub hub obviously charges delivery and billion other things. I told her the manager not being there isn’t my fault. And she also said the cheese on the wrap isn’t her fault. I will never order from here again. After I told her that she was in the wrong. She hung up. Never again.
