Breakfast Menu "Tropical Smoothie Cafe" Hauppauge

My smoothie was very good. I got the acai with various berries. It was a bit crowded and it took a while to get the drink once ordered. The employees were very nice and the place was basically clean for the most part.

Im giving 5 star review because of one of the workers Jason M who does a fantastic job. I am there daily and he always greets me with a smile and makes sure my order is perfect. I hope someone from this location sees this and promotes him to manager. Its well deserved! I wish I could hire a hundred Jasons!

Jason.. is a machine. Every morning, doing it all alone.. no sour grapes, just smiling and working hard. One man running the show, impressing the entire lobby. It may be an extra minute or two, but he’ll always expedite your order, keep you updated, and provides as much welcoming comfort ability as one can in food service. I hope this is the precedent set for this location..because this is truly genuine service! Thank you again Jason!

i waited at this location for 40 minutes with my daughter just to get plain smoothies. We got Bahama Mama's and a Beach Bum and they tasted nothing but strawberry and banana. It was not worth the 40 minutes. They also have very slow service. I would like a refund.

I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup smoothie and it was delicious. But the property could take some better landscaping since I questioned whether or not they were open based on appearances.

The bathroom doesn't lock on the inside, so you might get lucky and get caught with your pants down. The vent on the bathroom door is broken, so look forward to having a crowd take creep shots of you using the bathroom! 5/5 would have a panic bathroom trip again!

If I could give zero stars I would give them immediately. I don’t know how they promote this type of meal and all I got was lettuce. Where is my shrimp? This was supposedly their new Cajun Shrimp wrap. Steer away from this location. It’s gotten worse

I frequent this location because it’s on my way to work, but they never answer the phone. If they do they put you on hold forever. I like tropical smoothie in Commack much better. Update/ went back Again today ordered online at 7:28 am order was not ready until 7:55 am . What a horrible way to run a business. There was 2 people working the counter and the phone was just ringing. The Commack location is so much better, my order is always ready in less than 5 minutes! I typically don’t complain but this place is Absolutely ridiculous! Is there a manager? Why don’t you have more staff .
