Breakfast Menu "Tropical Smoothie Cafe" Grandville

Picked up a couple of smoothies to bring a little taste of summer home. The peanut butter cup one was amazing! I’ll definitely order that again. I don’t order food here often, as the smoothies are the draw for me.

Know what you like and you'll have a good experience. Quick friendly service. Hubs and I got wraps for breakfast and the size was a bit disappointing since we hadn't ordered them before. They were only $4 each though. Still a nice treat!

The blonde cashier, I believe her name is Lindsey, just stared at me didn’t even ask me how I was or even attempted to take my order, and then walked away from me all at the register; After she helped another customer. No interaction at all… Didn’t even say i’ll take ur order after I finished doing whatever she walked away to do.

Customer service goes a long way! We waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes for our smoothie when my son decided he wanted one as well. When the young lady brought my smoothie to me asked if I could order one for my son. I was told “we’re closed”…..at 8:02. It was gonna kill them to make a kids size smoothie at 8:02!

Olivia gave the worst customer service we've ever experienced today at Tropical Smoothie. I came back to swap out my smoothies because I forgot to say no banana, and she started to talk about me loud, saying that I didn't say that when I ordered to begin with. I asked her what she was saying, and Cameron came to her rescue telling me to lower my voice (and I was not yelling), and then told me to leave. I told him that he allowed her to talk about a customer loud enough for me to hear, and he is telling me to leave. He was very aggressive and rude. Lucie was so helpful and remade the smoothies and apologized to us. Olivia even walked past my vehicle as she was leaving talking about me. I will probably never come to this location again.

The smoothies are so good. The employees are super helpful in helping decide what to try based on what you like. The place is always very clean and organized.

Everything is alright here. Portions are small for what the price is. Smoothies are okay in general, nothing special. Usually a ton of ice with little ingredients. Keep doing you Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I normally have a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I have to say, that the Grandville location has messed up my order three times in a row, on different occasions. I tried not to complain but after the third mess up, I called. Here's where the problem was, not in the Smoothie being made wrong. But the rudeness I received by the girl. She was offended and didn't believe me that it wasn't blended right, why would I make something up? She also did not offer any solution (like a new smoothie) She then said, well dates are hard to blend. I understand that but the peaches were also not blended. All they need to do is blend a bit longer and problem solved. I make smoothies with dates often and know it's a timing thing. After me mentioning that I took a picture she said, I can come in and get a new one. Like she was doing me a favor, having me drive back from Alpine to remake a smoothie I paid and tipped for.
