One of the BEST smoothies I’ve ever had, especially my daughter who’s typically picky with her drinks loves their smoothies & will actually finish it. Very tasty and definitely recommend. The staff are very kind and friendly. 10/10 every-time I visit, will definitely come again.
Horrible flat bread. I order from Tropical Smoothie all the time, this is the very first time where my flatbread was terrible. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I get to the restaurant and I get told my the smoothie I ordered wasn’t available, then the chips I chose wasn’t available. why allow these selections online if you guys don’t have them? This was all around a terrible experience
I’m addicted to this restaurant so I go all the time, but never once have they gotten my order right. It’s pretty clear the management/staff here are just really bad. I was friends with the old manager since I went so often. Really hoping for new management - it used to be so well-run before these guys. The wait times, order mistakes, and unfriendliness always make me wonder how this place is still open.
The wait is usually pretty long. Stopped the other day for the 1st time in a while. 2 smoothies cost $15 and they seemed watered down. Time to start making my own I guess.
The drive thru was busy and being someone who worked retail/food I know how difficult it gets... My complaint is that three people got drinks before me, and mine didn't taste right. Ive gotten it before because it's my favorite but several ingredients were lacking/missing so I asked patiently if they could remake it. It still was underwhelming. It seemed that only two guys were working and seeing as to how busy it gets, they definitely need some better staffing. I know they were doing they're best, but $8 is to much for a bad drink, and spending 25 minutes to get it. I probably won't be coming back for a while
I ordered a hummus veggie wrap and my wrap didn’t have hummus or avocado like it was supposed to. I didn’t pay ten dollars just to have some rice and beans in a tortilla. The smoothie was disappointing too. I didn’t taste the pineapple or mango that was supposed to be in it. It was just ice and greens. Gross. It’s like they’re trying to save money by not including all the ingredients. They were also out of the side I selected. Very disappointed.
I visited the place February23 while exploring the beautiful PA. We were four friends. Order smoothies with wraps. Their Bahamama was something from heavens. The staff especially the manager was very professional and polite. We promised her that we will try some of their more items unfortunately from PA we went to Canada and than return to my country. Someday will visit you guys again. Zimble
every-time i order a cheese quesadilla they give me chicken. i will not be returning! 8$ for something i wont even eat! rip off
