If you want good FOOD & good SERVICE go somewhere else. Anyone that gave this place 5 stars or even close to 5 stars clearly lying they related to the people that work there or own this store because this place is the worst Everyone at this place is rude when the person that took my order gave me my change I said thank you & she said nothing back like aren’t they the ones supposed to be saying thank you & have a good customers anyways I didn’t get that from her or anyone when the guy came out with my food I asked him did he put sweet sauce on my food he said no sauce on the side I said no did you put it on my food I had to ask him that 3 more times before he even answered me & pushed my food towards me with any attitude & walked away When I got home no sweet sauce on my food & the food was nasty & I’m not saying that because of the disgusting service I got the food really was nasty When I was waiting for my food I even noticed they was rude to other people as well You want good food & good service friendly people that make you want to come back with just their energy alone go somewhere else because this place not it

New York is quickly becoming one of my favorite food cities. I caught this place on my way out of Long Island and they didn't disappoint. Well, a little because I came for the Rasta Pasta and they weren't selling it that day. Nonetheless, I ordered the oxtails and they were so tender and well seasoned. I wish I had more time to try the rest of their menu but I had a flight to catch. Their price was higher than Jamaican Dutch Pot but good food is good food. It was a great sized portion as well. Long Island has been good to me. I will be back.

I wish they served soup earlier in the morning. Other than that, it's a great place. They have a great selection and the food is always made fresh. I love being able to see the cooks in the back working their magic.

Pretty good amount of food for the price and really good jerk chicken, this medium sized portion was around $12 and they only take cash

Jerk chicken here is great. I ordered the medium jerk chicken with cabbage, rice and beans with the oxtail gravy. The chicken might be a little spicy for some but It was delicious and very, very filling. The portion of chicken is great. For a little over 12 dollars this meal is certainly worth it.

Haven’t been to this place in about two years because their customer service sucks . First time back I call them to see what they had left and if it made since for me to come . I literally call them 12 times back to back and no answer . But I still go . When I get there there’s two people on line and I see the atm is down . When I get to the front to order I asked can I put my order in and go get money out the atm so I don’t have to come back and wait on the line . She says no . I asked if they have a phone and if their number is 1516-292 etc . She goes yea . I see you calling and calling but the line . There were literally two men in back doing nothing . And it takes two seconds to pick up the phone . If they would have just picked up the phone I wouldn’t have wasted my time going there . Clearly customer service is still trash !!!

This place has gone downhill during past few years. The young lady at counter is straight out nasty to customers. Absolutely no friendliness towards customers, besides that the food is not that great. They serve cold food to customers.

Food was good. This place is a hit or miss at times. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it's not. But it was on point this time. Only downside...they don't take card payment, and the ATm there don't always works, and the surcharge is too much. But staff was friendly.
