Great place! We were there with our daughter’s basketball team during a weekend tournament. It was a little more cost effective to do the family meal deal and it worked out perfectly to keep our order simple too. The staff was friendly. The environment is really cool. Would definitely come again when in the area.

I was visiting a friend in that city and had a craving for Tropical Grille. The food is always flavorful and enough for two meals. This particular trip I ordered the garden salad w/ chicken and a Pepsi. The service was good, but they for got to give me a fork and more than one napkin. I'd go back, because the food is that good.
Best place to have your french fries. No body makes french fries better than these guys. I tried Salmon bowl and it tasted great. Would visit again if I get a chance.
This isn’t the first or the third time I have gotten my order wrong and have sent it back and received it wrong again don’t get me wrong the food is great but it is hard to go eat there without getting frustrated getting the correct order today I ordered the Carne Asada bowl with yellow rice and black beans well done meat and no fresco or veggies and this is what always happens to me. It’s exhausting honestly I went through drive-through and checked my order before I left told them it was wrong gave it back and it’s like if they only picked it out instead of making the order right. Very disappointed Even on my receipt it was put in incorrectly.
Young lady at drive through was very nonchalant. They gave me wrong order so I had to turn around and go back. Got home and the rice was extremely hard. Makes me think they’re serving old rice! This was my first time at this location as I normally go to Woodruff road and have always got great food and customer service at that location.
I spent over $5 for this?? I remember when tropical grill first opened and it used to come with croutons,cucumbers etc
Passing through from Georgia and we absolutely loved all of our food choices. Staff was prompt and courteous, and you can’t beat watching SpongeBob on the TV while eating. Plus anyone sporting a Blue Line flag has my business.
