1. Need to update menu pricing online to match in restaurant, AND post prices for all menu items in restaurant. 2. Match menu descriptions between online and restaurant - online says “ fresh seasoned” vegetables $1.99/side, not priced on board in restaurant, got the $4.99/side price only when asked why bill was so high - and vegetables were not fresh nor seasoned. Good service, fast food atmosphere.

Tropical Grill at Easley is horrible. They give you the food full of mayo and grease. I could not eat the food they gave me. I have eating Cuban food all my life. This is not what Cuban food is. See photos and don’t waste your money at this location. Their morning staff is the worst ever. I went for lunch and never again. Go to Greenville downtown for good Cuban food.

I have waited several visits.. months.. to write this - The take out/drive through TG is poorly inconsistent compared to dine in. Why? The portions are getting smaller, the pita slice stale, and the sauce is inadequate for the meal. I understand two sauces per meal but you can’t justify when the cup (again getting smaller) is barely half full. It’s not enough. We never have this experience dining in. When you dine in, the portions are fair with equal parts rice and protein, and you can literally cover your bowl with sauce if you please. And yes I understand maybe we should always dine in but time doesn’t always allow for that! Disappointed because we always opt for TG, a healthier alternative to fried food restaurants in the area. Debating our return.

I stumbled across this gem on a quick trip and I was left in awe. Nothing short of satisfied. The staff was ultra helpful and took pride in their assignments and tasks. I couldn't put my finger on why and after a brief interaction with a woman, I quickly realized that this behavior from staff was a direct reflection of management. Robin was a treat. Very very cheerful, insightful and an all around joy to converse with. Service like this is something very rare to come across. I would definitely recommend and return.

We love TG! The food is always good and the service is excellent. The family meal is such a great option for taking food to sick or recovering friends or family. It’s also great for meal prepping during the week!

Our new favorite go-to to-go food. Incredible taste and value for the huge portion size. Everybody there is always super friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Pulles pork is 🔥

I ordered a garden salad and it didn’t even come with cucumbers had to add them for $1.40 more. The salad was horrible it barely had anything on it and the cucumbers were so small and I didn’t get my salad dressing either and i had it door dashed to me at work so that made it even worse because I had no dressing. Do not eat here!!!

Got a door dash order that the driver picked up and delivered timely. I've been a cook for the last 20 years and I can tell when food has been poorly reheated instead of cooked fresh. I've had plenty of door dash orders that, while not piping hot and fresh, were clearly not luke warm and from under a heat lamp. The rice is dry, the portions are not what I have come to expect from Tropical Grille franchises, and the chicken is borderline cold and dry. It's as if everything was cooked early and reheated with a heat lamp. Since doordash costs more I was also disappointed in the half full solo cup of sauces that we paid extra for. The owner is disconnected from their clientele and is clearly more interested in attacking reviewers instead of putting effort into improving their location.
