User Reviews

Fantastic experience following a renovation and menu change. Loved sharing dishes with my friends. Must try the Kampachi Crudo, Carpaccio, House made pastas. Salmon and Pork dishes were amazing. Vegetables were definitely shown the love.

Amazing food and great service!!! Everyone was very attentive. Too bad couldn't remember our server's name. But everyone's nice and freaking customer service was outstanding. Don't forget to try my favorite drink Trio Old Fashioned.......they actually have luxardo cherries for garnish. Heaven!

The food was great. We just went in for the bar menu so we tried the best listed. I had the Margherita pizza which was great and my husband had the prime rib sliders which he really enjoyed. He loved it. Just looking but the regular menu seems a little overpriced, $25 for vegetarian pasta would make it more expensive than many of the great Italian restaurants here. Also, there were very few vegetarian options which is why we visit just a few times a year. I miss the terrific sandwich they had prior to pandemic as it was excellent, too. Most people should expect to pay closer to $25-30 per entree unless just in for bar menu.

We were only in Palm Springs for a few days, but ate at four separate restaurants and this one was far and away the best. Charlie was our server and provided phenomenal customer service, along with some insight on the area. He was very personable and such a hard worker. The food was incredible - ceviche, bacon wrapped dates, ribeye, and short rib. We came during restaurant week so it was a great deal too! Happy to come back here the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Food is great, atmosphere wonderful, service HORRIBLE! Drop food and run! Then get attitude when you ask someone to find your server! Server needs a huge attitude adjustment so we will NOT go back. Wait, no thats harsh because the food is delicious, we will go back and make sure Mr Rude isn't our server!

We were looking for a restaurant that was well-lit, open and had good vibes for my sisters bachelorette party. We found Trio on Yelp and knew right away it was the right fit for the second night. We had dinner after a nearby wine tasting and it was perfect size of food. The girls were able to get full off one plate of food. We shared two bottles of wine. Our server, Charlie, was amazing! I called our table, "Charlie's Angels". They got the host of their Drag Brunch to come out and say congrats to my sister. She was hilarious! I hope to come back soon. Thank you, Trio!

The food was mediocre, the portions were small and the prices were unrealistically high. At their price points it is not unreasonable to expect a fine dining experience. The service was pleasant but customer satisfaction is not the goal. There are many other options in the area from which to pick. I realize the restaurant is newly opened but after our experience, there was more work to do to be ready.

Food: The starting focaccia was delicious; it was fluffy with a parmesan that did not really have a taste, but the olive oil completed it so well. The coullotte was exquisite, cooked to perfection, and although the "truffle" fries tasted like regular fries, the garlic aioli helps secure a great rating on the dish. Ambiance: Extremely caring, kind, and helpful staff. As tourists, they gave us directions for activities and places to visit, which was much appreciated. The interior is well decorated and the temperature is perfect in comparison to Palm Springs' usual. Value: Expect to pay around $35 per person for a really good meal.
