I went for a casual meal with one of my dearest friends and I have to say that this little gem of a place blew me away. I'm uber picky about food because I'm a former professional Baker as well as an avid cook at home. We ordered the cheese board and the octopus salad as starters, the cheese board was well put together and the salumi delicious. As for the octopus salad, I would marry it if it asked me. The brightness and acidity of the lemon dressing combined with the tenderness of the octopus, the zing of the onions, the potatoes, and just the right amount of greens really made an impression upon me... I'm craving it as I type. I ordered the veal marsala as my entree but dug into it so quickly that photos were out of the question, the flavors were delicate and the veal most tender. I also asked if they could prepare a small portion of rigatoni carbonara as well for me and they kindly obliged. The rigatoni was perfectly al dente, the cream incredibly silky. I believe my friends had the veal Rossini but I was too busy savoring my veal to pay her dish any attention and for that I apologize. I do know that she enjoyed it and ate every bit of it. For my dessert, we were both stuffed, I had some refreshing hazelnut ice cream and my friend had a cannoli. Service was refined and impeccable, the noise level inside was minimum, this is an establishment where the love and passion for their craft shows in every bite, it is so lovely when the care shines through in the food. I will most definitely be back. Keep in mind that my job keeps me extremely busy and although I began reviewing restaurants in Yelp some years back, I gave up because I simply haven't the time to put the effort into the review. I'm stating this because I really am overall impressed with this place and wanted to write a review. Please consider making a reservation, the setting is small and intimate and can fill up easily.

We ABSOLUTELY love the AMAZING “CHEF JACK” and the “very sweet” waitress MICHELLE. My daughter and I are addicted to coming here at La Bocca on regular basis for dinner. The food is UNBELIEVABLY delicious and cooked with “care, love and elegance.” The dishes are always hot and the presentation is so ARTISTIC looking. Just had the seafood special yesterday (Thursday night) and it was SPECTACULAR!!!! We love every dish here!!!!! The appetizers, dinner and desserts are always very satisfying! In addition, we are always greeted by Michelle with her “warm and friendly smile!!!” She is so kind, sweet, personable and very attentive to us ALWAYS!!!!!!!! We soooo look forward to seeing her!!!!!! A few weeks ago my husband and son came and they LOVED everything about this place too!!!!!!! Oh and also, the bread is warm and delicious!!!! The place is very clean with nice linens and clean bathrooms too!! I RECOMMEND this AMAZING restaurant to anyone!!!!!!!!! Give it a try, IT’S ABSOLUTELY WORTH YOUR VISIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went here on a whim and so glad we did! Food was excellent, staff superb. Chef/owner came out and spent some time with us explaining the preparation of the different sauces, as we raved about the dishes we had consumed. Meatball appetizer was delicious - tender and sauce was fantastic. Rigatoni carbonara equally delicious. Both veal dishes were excellent. Server was so personable and efficient! Too stuffed for dessert. Will definitely be back.

Fresh and authentic!! We really enjoyed this little gem of a place! We wanted Italian on our way home from an appointment in NJ. Great menu with classics and some interesting twists. We enjoyed everything from appetizers, especially the little clams and burrata, to the Devine cannoli at the end! The specials were excellent and recommend trying them. We loved the owner and his hospitality. We will be back. It is BYOB so bring a good bottle with you!

Cute little restaurant with super friendly service. I came for dinner with my family of 4 with reservation. Michelle the server was really attentive and sweet. The food was delicious. Def recommend and would come again.

We went to La Bocca on one of the toughest restaurant nights in any year: New Year's Eve. And the restaurant was fabulous. Of course, there was a limited menu, but it contained a wonderful selection of food choices. There was even a couple of specials. Service was exquisite. Jenn was the perfect server. She was very busy, but made sure each table was handled in a friendly and professionally manner. Our appetizers, salads, and pasta dishes were delicious. Surprisingly, we were never rushed. Two of us had coffee and dessert. A perfect ending. I will not wait for a holiday as a reason to return, and neither should you.

My husband and I have ordered from here 2x in the past month. Meals are prepared quickly and pickup is seamless. Everything has been delicious, warm and exceeds expectations! Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to dine there in the future!

Great service and delicious food! Probably some of the best Italian I've had in years. The veal tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection. Our server was friendly. He explained the menu well and brought everything in a timely manner. I will surely go back.
