Breakfast Menu "Tim Hortons" Pickerington

Awful customer service, door was open we went in to place our order. We were told “drive thru orders only”. Waited in the long line, forgot to order a coffee attempted to order at the window, we were told no. What happened to good old fashioned customer service?

Coffee that was supposed to have one pump of caramel syrup, and one pump of vanilla syrup. They gave me my coffee, but when I go to take a drink of it after I start it up to make sure all the syrup was moving around. It’s tasted horrible and it tasted like put sour milk inside of it and serve it to me

Whoever is working today on May 19 in the morning needs to get a raise. The food was put together so nicely and packaged so well and tastes so good. The cook, the bag packer, whoever did such an amazing job, thanks for making my breakfast and ice cap the best

One literally waits in a drive thru lane for 30 mins only to receive the crappiest service in Pickerington. Drive thru girl was busier talking about her boyfriend vs working on a line that stretched into the Kroger parking lot. Avocado toast? Don't bother. It would have been somewhat tasteful if it were actually "on" toast.

Drive Thru is never prepared. Gave them multiple chances and never once had a courteous greeting in a timely manner. It defeats the purpose of a drive-through if you leave the customer waiting for more than 16 minutes...

Always a massive long line but the food is always good. And my order is consistently accurate (unlike the East Main St location)! Also, the drive thru menu is very difficult to read in some areas because of poor maintenance. The sign age is so dirty and needs tended to. I have to pull up the menu on my iPhone. Even when the drive thru line is short, plan on spending at least 15 minutes waiting until you even place your order. It’s ridiculous! Poor management at this location.

Shocking, purely shocking. Visited the area, decided on Tim hortons since it’s a well known coffee house! Corporate really need to visit this place! It’s putting a bad image to their name. A girl sprawled out sat on a counter on her phone, some guy dancing around like he was high on drugs shouting covered in flour and god knows what else! Purely miss managed and whoever the manager is needs firing - if there is a manager that is!!

Everytime I go there . Someone gives us an attitude . We all understand it’s morning but don’t ruin someone else’s day because you have to work.
