Lame. This place has gone downhill. Undercooked fries. Bland sauce for Irish dip. This place doesn't get any good traffic in here either. Greeter, lazy. Playing on social media, slouched in a chair with feet up. Really?! Servers are still attentive. Of course when it's slow you'd expect that. Wouldn't recommend this place for anything really.

Went to have my free year anniversary boneless wings and chill out. Saturday around 1 was pretty quiet...im sure it's MUCH busier later on in the evening. Server was very nice and attentive. Chicken I ordered with the BBQ sauce and was quite tasty...(something new for me). The most awesome part was.... the barmaid came by, and, stopped to chat with me as she said she remembered my face and asked how I have been. I have been to this location before, but not for a year or two. So, That stop by was nice...and...honestly.... this woman is beautifully designed.... (O)(O) and is very nice as well. She earned extra credit points for stopping by to chat with me!! Overall...a NICE visit with a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Ordered the hottest wings, the cheese sauce was hotter, the waitresses made me feel more like it was a strip club. The kind of service you get there is dependant on your wallet. Will never go there again. Had better food at a bowling alley

Went there last week for first time with a group food was good rather i joyed it. They have a lot cool stuff on the walls that took me back to when i was a kid. Other than that our waitress really wasn't good took drinks and food brought out our stuff then dissappered the whole night. When she did come back asked if we're staying or going said going. She dissappered for another 20 mins thought she was getting our bill came back asked the same question. It wasn't even that busy they had section of open table she just ditched us. Would i go back yes do i want the same server nope.

Food on paper looks good. Food on your plate looks and tastes like it was microwaved. Fries tasted like old oil. The Scottish cheese steak which I though previously was the best item on the menu, the vegetables were no longer cooked and instead were raw. Use to like this place but its dead to me.

My friend and I went here to watch the Bears game. It took us about 10 minutes to convince the manager to change the TV situated above our table to the Bears game. I guess it was an unusual request since we are in Chicago...go figure. Our waitress got us drinks and an appetizer in a fair amount of time. However, after a little while sitting there I asked for water and then the waitress never came back to our table. She served many tables around us, but never came back with the water of checked on us. My friend finally went to the bar to get the water. We watched the game from 1st quarter through the end of half time without seeing the waitress. Also, let me clarify that the place was not packed, not crowded...just a normal amount of people. We finally had to go back to the bar again to get another drink. Finally she resurfaced at our table and asked how things were going. We explained our situation and did not get as much as an "I'm sorry" she just said "Oh, well call if you need something". At that point we decided to pay our bill and move to another area of the restaurant with a different server. Apparently, our displeasure with the prior server had made its way to the other wait staff as they never came to wait on us. We spoke to the manager and he did nothing about it. Finally, a new waitress showed up and the first thing she said was "you guys done being crabby?" It is disappointing to me that an employee would act this way, but to have a whole establishment condone this behavior and then insult their customers is outrageous! The staff was rude, service was poor and more than that is they do not care!! I will not return to this establishment and I do not recommend. Any place that is based on customer service should be going above and beyond with the number of choices these days. This place does not even do their jobs and then also gives an attitude on top. Horrible!!!

This particular location always seems to be empty and it's no surprise why. The staff is less than enthusiastic and the food is awful. I had the fish and chips and the breading was ridiculously thick and full of grease. Couldn't eat it.

We all know why people go here. It's not for the prices of world class food. The service is no better than a hole in the walk bar, but waitresses wearing revealing outfits distracts you long enough to not notice. TVs are everywhere so as long as you want to watch a game (that you can't hear) then I suppose it's not that bad. Bartenders are slightly more disrespectful than a college bar, and the charm is laid on so thick you can't help but feel insulted. If you don't mind having women with pounds of makeup pretend to like you then you'll fit right in.
