8/11/23 Lunch. Met some friends there for lunch. I had the brisket sandwich (5), pulled pork sandwich (5) and a Cypress salad (5) along with a large can of ice tea - lemonade drink (4). Plus, I got to taste a rib (5) that a friend shared with me. The restaurant has a number of televisions that played Christian music videos. The music along with the bright and cheery atmosphere made this a wonderful place to share a meal with friends. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who is interested in enjoying some excellent food in an uplifting environment. I enjoyed myself so much I forgot to take more photos of the food! Ambiance = 5 Food = 5 Service = 5 Overall = 5 out of 5 5 = Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. 4 = Very Good: Better than expected. 3 = Average: An everyday experience. 2 = Fair: Below par. Dirty smells. & / or flies.
The service in this restaurant is not really needed, because you order your food, and then they bring it to your table. You could just take it yourself. The food was delivered to our table, and it was delicious. My wife had Dirty Mac and Cheese, and the Brisket that was included in the mac n cheese was exquisite. Absolutely cooked to perfection. I had a Reuben on a Sub Roll, with cheese, and cole slaw, and russian dressing, which was incredibly delicious. The corned beef was fantastic, as was the rest of my meal, which also included cheese fries. An awesome meal for us, for lunch. Can't wait to go back, for another meal.
I come here for coffee in the mornings, I tried a breakfast wrap the one day it was literally to die for. Decided to try them out for lunch, again amazing (buffalo chicken cheesesteak as a wrap)! I also got a peanut butter cookie, the staff recommended, and it was melt in your mouth good! The staff is so always so pleasant and kind. I love that my workplace is right next door because the atmosphere is great.
Nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and good food, just had the fish & chips, fish was nice and crispy, quite good. I have had the breakfast sandwich several times previously, that is usually my go to menu item, always fresh and hot, eggs cooked perfectly, topped with some crispy bacon.
The food at The Well is superior and the portions are very generous! We had very pleasant employees who waited on us and were understanding of our picky eater. We will continue to support this Christian establishment and enjoy their many food options!
Stopped at The Well for the first time yesterday and loved the place. We usually stop on our motorcycle trip through Deleware into PA from Jersey for coffee and breakfast. The coffee and baked goods were excellent as well as the staff and atmosphere. Will be going back everytime we pass through and hopefully pass by later in the day to try some BBQ. Totally recommend The Well!
Ordered the “Old World Italian” sub and it was honestly one of the best deli sandwiches I’ve ever had. Incredibly complex flavor pairings of peppers, meats, and sharp cheese GENEROUS portions — it took me 3 different attempts to finish a 12” sub over the course of a day ha! Worth the trip!
Hidden gem of a deli! The Reuben and Buffalo chicken cheesesteak sandwiches were so hearty and delicious we can’t wait to go back. All the pastries look amazing, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh.
