User Reviews

I came here for dinner while visiting Savannah as it was recommended by a friend and has great reviews. It did not disappoint! The exterior is beautiful and the modern but cozy interior created a nice ambience. They do not take reservations so we came on the earlier side. The service was super quick and our server was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered Sake (both hot and cold), the duck dumplings, and veggie springs rolls to start. All were delicious! For dinner we shared 4 sushi rolls. Each roll was about 10 pieces, which is a lot, and we weren't expecting it! In hindsight we should have ordered a little less, but it is a good value for how much you get. We loved the Vault and Rainbow rolls the best. We would absolutely come back!

A solid 11/10 experience for me. The Crying Tiger beef was phenomenal. Tuna tartare was also very fresh and tasty. I loved the ambience, absolutely upscale for an Asian fusion restaurant. Service was very good, staff super friendly. I will DEFINITELY come back the next time I am in town.

This place was wonderful. It was a perfect place to go for my birthday. The service was seamless and timely. There was always someone who came by to clear dishes or refill our drinks. The food was amazing. My husband had the claypot chicken, and I had the inflation short ribs. Both were excellent. We had the duck dumplings as an appetizer(4 dumplings included). All pictures are below.

Beautiful aesthetic. Took some great photos here. Food was good too. The layout and the design of the restaurant is beyond gorgeous. We came in on a rainy day, it was perfect.

Very consistent dining experience. The food is really good and is appealing to the eye. Good table service and atmosphere. You may have to wait to be seated as the hostess appears to have various duties. The actual bank vault is not very big but suitable for private more intimate parties.

Love it here. Excellent food quality. Solid menu and kitchen. The design and restoration to this old Bank Of America building was executed perfectly. There is good soul and spirit in this location.

A birthday dinner with my girlfriend, which over all was excellent. A not too busy Sunday in the main dining room. We were seated quickly and service was friendly and efficient. Drinks were well made and strong, highly recommend the Vol de Papillon. Had the roasted duck dumplings for an appetizer, which was crispy and filled a deliciously seasoned duck creme, with Ponzu dipping sauce, scallion, ginger. Our entrees, the Miso salmon and turmeric chicken were both delicious. As you can see by the photos, the chicken is served in a very soupy, curry heavy sauce. If you don't like curry, don't order this dish. I probably would've ordered something else in this summer heat, since it has big chunks of potato and carrot, but I still enjoyed it. The salmon was cooked and season perfectly, and the presentation was really nice. Overall, service was excellent, but our menus sat at our table until I asked the food runner to remove them. Also, even though we mentioned it being a birthday dinner, there was no chocolate cake presented, something they are known to do (or used to do). And, our Server was very friendly, but really rushed us on closing out our ticket, bringing a handheld terminal, and not presenting the check. This was done at the same time our table was being cleared, so it felt like they needed to flip the table fast. Finally, the Vault is a pretty upscale, elegant establishment. Is it asking too much that they require their servers to dress up a little? Maybe quibbling, but I think a space as beautiful as the Vault should have a similar aesthetic for its staff. Overall excellent, and I hope my input is taken as constructive criticism.

It's my first time to visit Savannah and I'm very thankful I found right place! Love the beautiful atmosphere, feels so cozy and bright inside. The staff was kind, the food and drinks we got were really really tasty. Can't wait to go back and try all the different kinds of food :) Highly recommend! 🥰
