If you have a long commute, it's worth it... If there is a long wait, it's worth it... It's a little expensive, but well worth it... Best crab cakes I have ever had. They put other crab cakes to shame. The crab cakes are massive, all lump blue crab. No fill or bread crumbs what so ever! The meat just melts in your mouth. I typically get one for dinner and then another to take home with me for lunch the next day (if it lasts long enough without me devouring it beforehand). Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants in the area! Do yourself a favor and try one. You can thank me later! 😉
I was in town for work and went here for dinner by myself. I was concerned about less attentive service being seated in the bar, by my server Ana was FANTASTIC! At her recommendation I got the crab cakes with a side of pasta. Crab cakes were delicious. Large and full of crab meat! Also loved the simple side of pasta. Highly recommend and can't wait to try other items I saw that looked great!
I LOVE The Olive Tree!! It is such a gem!! Everything that we ate was prepared as ordered. It was so fresh and tasty!! I would so choose this restaurant over any other restaurant in the area!! The staff and our waiter were very engaging and polite. The restaurant itself was very cozy and relaxed. Cute little lunch or dinner date spot. My pictures doesn’t do the food justice!! I reside in North Carolina and I can’t wait to go back!!
Had my daughters bridal shower here. Accompanied by 40 guests. Food was great, prices were great service was phenomenal. After the bridal party finished decorating everything was beautiful. If i plan another small gathering i will definitely book your small room again. Highly recommend.
Had an employee happy hour after work. Service and food was great in the bar area. My only recommendation is to allow tables to be put together for group settings.
Our waiter, Scott, was amazing! Very quick and efficient. Not that being super quick matters to me the most but it was something I noticed and wanted to comment on. What I go and my rating: - Arnold palmer (virgin) - the best I’ve had so far. Most places do the gross citric acid fake lemon juice but I prefer real lemon juice. Don’t know what they used but it was appreciated and so lovely! So was the sweet tea. - Spinach artichoke dip - bread was too heavy for such a rich dip but I took it home to enjoy with other stuff. Maybe thinner slices? The dip needed more flavor like garlic and onion…lemon juice too. Too much cheese on top for my liking. - Chicken florentine - not bad! Sauce needed more garlic and tiny bit more salt but chicken was flavored lovely. A little overcooked but nothing I couldn’t at least try to enjoy. - garden salad and breadsticks - classic breadsticks but salad was fresh and really yummy. Never had a cucumber I enjoyed in a salad until today. Very good. Dressing tasted close to ceasar and was yummy. Would I come back? Yes! Definitely eager to try other menu options. Portions are huge. I got at least 3 meals out of my pasta dish. Artichoke dip could be shared among 3 people. 4 pushing it but doable. Bread slices are filling that’s why. That arnold palmer…mm mm mmmm! Seated quickly and establishment was clean. Paid $38(47 with tip) in the end for my iced tea, pasta (came with breadsticks and salad), and appetizer. Left with at least 3 meals. Grateful and full!
I'm visiting my mother from out of state and we came here for dinner. First off we got seated very fast. Our server was great, very friendly, helpful, and fast. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip and it was very very good. The salad and bread sticks is actually really good. I like the salad better than Olive Garden's. For entree I got the Chicken Florentine and it was super good but I could not finish it all as it was a ton of food. My parents also enjoyed their food though I forgot what they got. All in all it was a nice dinner.
We just ordered pickup. This was amazing. We spent $50 for two people. But got two dinners and an app. There was so much food. And it was delicious!!!! I’m so glad we ordered here. We were passing through at local hotel. Highly recommend!
