Food was good. Portions were big. Super filling and friendly staff. Only complaint was the restaurant was kind of dim. Maybe because we were seated in bar area but it was pretty dim and borderline too dark My wife has been wanting to come here again so we came here for dinner last night. All dishes are around $20 but they are a soup/salad, entree, then ice cream for dessert. I got the meat lovers and it had a ton of meat! I was surprised they gave a whole sausage and 3 meatballs. It was good. My wife got the spinach tortellini and it was really good too. We did get kinda full off the sourdough bread they give you but it still was a ton of food. I don’t really eat Italian food that often so I don’t know how good it really is but overall I’d say it was pretty good. Cocktail section was pretty good will definitely get a Negroni next time :)

The place is nice and clean. The spaghetti is cooked to perfection. The service is very good and employees are friendly.. The parking is wider and free.

My family and I went to celebrate my sisters graduation. Most of us (party of 10) ordered the chicken breast fettuccine Alfredo. The meal starts with a minestrone soup which was my first red flag. The soup was flavorless almost water like with some scraps of veggies and beans tossed in. The fettuccine was the most disappointing part of our meal. It completely lacked flavor and it was dry. Imagine a fettuccine frozen dinner and that’s what this was. What little sauce there was lacked flavor. The brócoli and chicken had absolutely no seasoning what so ever. Just bland all around. I can’t even begin to explain how dissatisfied and disappointed we were. If I wasn’t starving after the 4 hour graduation I would have gotten up left. The service was great and everything else was great. The food definitely left a lot to be desired.

Ordered a spaghetti and meatballs dinner to go note meatballs Im expecting more then one and was served a single meatball ! The spaghetti is good but They charge 2.00 dollars for a meatball and only give you one meatball with your dinner ? Mind you this meat ball is not huge it was slightly larger than frozen meatballs. The salad and dressing tastes like it was from an all you can eat salad bar. This will be the last time I get spaghetti one of my favorite meals at the old spaghetti factory. With average dinner plate running 20-25 bucks this is just unacceptable service for a restaurant.

I still put 5 star because I'm a big fan of this restaurant. But since I love this place the best I can do is to pass on my experience. Food flavor was not what I expected. It was not bad it was just so different from what it just to be. I'll try to visit you San Diego Downtown location to compare. And if there I love the flavor in San Diego I'll for sure update my review. That way whoever is in charge can compare and find what is missing. Thank you again Fan for years to come. Sincerely: Izzy R

All the attention to detail definitely went into the atmosphere, not the food. Run of the mill mass produced. The bread was the exception, fresh & hot.

The service here was fast and our waitress was very friendly and always making sure we were taken care of, the food came out very fresh and the bread was never cold so overall our experience was delightful.

This place is so bad. The food has no flavor I don’t know how it’s still open. I ordered the chicken Marsala the chicken had no flavor and was very dry and the pasta was just boiled and put on the plate with a lot of butter and cheese on top it didn’t taste like anything it was so bad. We also got the garlic shrimp pasta no salt no flavor all bad. The bread was bad it had a sour taste to it. The plates cost 22$ each. Was not worth it at all! Don’t let the pictures fool you because the truth is that the food is bland with no flavor at all! I guess people just go because it looks all nice and fancy but the food is not worth it. Never eating here again.
