Went here for our Valentines date night – Sat Feb13th. Paid the extra $10 to have the “Touch of Romance” for our table. We got a cute little booth with beautiful rose petals and candles all over the table. The rest was a mess. Our server just did not want to be there. He did not know very much about the menu or anything else – nor did he care too. When he brought the food out he flew through the introductions of our sauces and food items like it was a chore. The burner was turned all the way up and incinerated our cheese fondue. When we got our main entrée we had to scoot around the booth to turn the burner down so that would not get ruined too. Other then getting our food (destroyed) we never saw our waiter. It was quite a buzz kill for Valentines or any night. We won’t ever go back. We will visit the Irvine location though. All of our experiences have been wonderful there. The Irvine staff is amazing!
