You've got to visit the Lyric of you're into cool interesting places. They have good food, movies and a killer outdoor area to enjoy the Colorado sun.

Fantastic venue. Eclectic decor and fantastic burlesque show! Mimosas! YES, please! Avocado toast with bacon. YES, please! I will be back!

At times when going to theaters to watch a movie is getting to be more outdated, this place is getting only cooler to watch a movie! Not only is it an eclectic space full of art, found objects and your grandma's sunken couch, it also has a full bar and food menu and guaranteed to pick best and most interesting indie / unusual flicks. This place would be a cool first date pick or an all adult family night.

I’ll definitely be back! Why only three stars then? I’ll get to that, but first let me start with the good. It’s a super fun, quirky, and cool. They have a big lawn, which had a vintage fair or something going on when we went, a nice seating area inside, and a free little dumpy mini golf course! The whole place seemed like if Sid from Toy Story turned his life around (mostly) and turned business owner. The reason I knocked off two stars is twofold: 1) This place is ALMOST great for kids, but there was enough disturbing content inside that you will probably want to leave the kids at home. Mainly the gift shop was full of genitalia, and there was some violent art on the walls. 2) They serve food here, and the pics online looked great. I ordered avocado toast and paid like $13 for it, which seemed a reasonable price until it came out: a single piece of something like Wonderbread with approximately one teaspoon of avocado smeared on it, one egg, and no seasoning. For $13. This travesty should be taken off the menu or the chef should go to literally any other restaurant that serves avocado toast to understand what a customer expects when they order avocado toast. To be fair, the food my table mates ordered seemed like better quality and better portion sizes. But I was hungry and sad.

You can't claim you've been to the coolest place on earth until you've been here. This place is something truly special. I went to a punk rock festival here, not knowing it was a movie theater as well. It's cleverly disguised as a great place to jam while serving up so much on tap.

I have never seen a theater like this. Such a cool hang out spot. Full of all the stuff that would make a first date a win. They had great photo ops, and live music, as well as a full menu and bar. The sculptures in the back are wonderful too, and like I said plenty of places to take photos of you and your friends or family. If I was a local this would be my standard date night for a first date. The only downside I saw was the couches in the theater are kinda low, and it was difficult for a big guy like me, and an elderly person like my wife's grandma, to get out of the seat. But it isn't really a huge deal. I mean where else have you seen couches IN the theater. It was also really cool that it was smaller so there wasn't a huge crowd. We saw Elvis, and it was the perfect movie in the perfect theater.

What a wonderful, completely magical space we discovered when we found The Lyric! We saw a movie, but we will be going back often as there is so much more to experience ... live music, open mic nights, community gatherings, food and drink, and food to please all tastes from vegan/gluten free to meatavore!! Beautiful, random, interesting, charming, and utterly delightful were our impressions just walking up to the building. These impressions were magnified a thousand percent as we entered - a definite 5 plus stars! The movie was great, too.

A wonderful place to visit. They have three movie theaters that are cozy, with sofas and movie seating. They also have special events and shows. Indoors and outdoors. They are a creative artsy venue that has entertainment, food, and drinks. It's not your large high-tech movie theater with heated recliners, but it's a great place to catch a movie or checkout an event. We loved it!
