Breakfast Menu "The Human Bean" Reno

Great frozen blended Carmel coffee at a reasonable price. Staff was very pleasant and service was fast with only a very short wait. The spicy breakfast sandwich was very good.

Great service, everyone was very friendly and helpful! The coffee is so fabulous and I much prefer this to dutch bros. They have better size options too, 12, 16, 18, and 32 oz.

Whoever was working the headset on the morning of 09/10/23 absolutely hates their job and had no customer service skills. While ordering, you can tell we inconvenienced her by ordering drinks and food for ourselves as well as our two toddlers. I could hear her eyes rolling into the back of her head at the horrible thought of having to perform her job duties. The reason for her paycheck. Will try to avoid this location in the future.

This has to be the best non local coffee shop (coffee shop chain) in the greater northern Nevada area. Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and polite. Excellent location. Every time i visit it is always a great positive experience. Thank you for all that you do. Keep up the good work.

This is my favorite coffee place but everytime I order it thru Uber eats its horrible. Which today was my 4th time. And I paid 16 $$ for one drink. And that was before Uber eats fees. They didn't add the extra Carmel or the extra shots. I get the same drink everytime I know the difference. I just don't understand why they do it differently for Uber eats than when I come myself. If I could add a tip I would so I get my coffee how I like it. I feel like that has to be why. Or that no one has any integrity that works there. Hopefully next time its better.

Pretty disappointed in the girl working the window today. I said it's my sons 10th birthday today she refused to give him a birthday drink & I eneded up paying for it. Last time they gave my son a free drink for his birthday. The girl was rude about it. Next time guess I'll go to Dutch Bros or Starbucks & get treated better. At least they give birthday drinks to kids. P.s I'm an app user I'm a PLATINUM status member!!!! That's the crazy part!!!

Very friendly and quick! I've been using their app now and it's sooo convenient. You also receive rewards.

Super fast and very friendly. Came twice while we were in town and their Java chip was so good. I love the little beans they hand out with each drink!
