First time coming here, I recommend looking at the menu before going in. Very rushed feeling to order but then stood around waiting for 25 minutes for 2 paninis and a bagel. The person taking my order was very polite. For the amount of money I spent the paninis were extremely small and lacking substance. I like the mom and pop vibe of the place and I wish I could have liked the food more.

Wife and I love to stop by and get breakfast. Very friendly staff. Nice joliet location and tasty bagels. Update 8/16/23- still love going to this restaurant. They always add a new sandwich to try. The staff are some of the friendliest people and Tom the owner has a pulse on city events. It's nice to chat with the people there and learn about future events.

I don't know why it took me so long to go here. I had the apple bran oat bagel with apple cinnamon cream cheese. CHEF'S KISS. I immediately started trying to decide on what I'm having next time! The staff was friendly and helpful. They also have dog bone bagels for your pups!

First time going into this restaurant, there were 5 employees behind the counter and one person in front of me not one person said hello or welcome, but did give me eye contact with no smile. Once it was my turn I said this was my first time here and asked what she recommended. She looked annoyed and said she can make anything i want. I went ahead and ordered two Panini’s and a bagel. Took 20 minutes. I really enjoyed the chicken pesto Panini. The New Orleans Panini, not so much. And I would also like to add, when I was cashing out she asked if I wanted cream cheese with my bagel, I asked if it was extra, she said yes so I politely declined and she started laughing at me.. felt very uncomfortable, too much money for a not so friendly place.

Had bagels from here 3 times in the past 2 weeks and they were all very good. I even had leftover bagels a week later and they were still fresh. They are very light and airy. They have some unique flavors too. My dad had a breakfast sandwich and he said it was fantastic. The only “complaint” was that the coffee was a tad weaker than we liked. Which, in all retrospect is that much of a complaint.

One of my favourite brunch spots. Food is fairly priced, VERY filling, and is always ready quickly. The staff are all sweet and fun to talk to as well.

The selection of bagels is always good no matter the time of day you go and customer service is great, manager is very personable and fun to talk to. I always look forward to coming here

Variety of sandwiches salads soups and other dishes too many to list. Reasonable prices and not a long wait, you can call ahead for pickup.
