Breakfast Menu "The General Public" Suffolk

The best atmosphere and greatest food ever. I recommend The General Public to anyone for the desire of great food. All of their food is delicious and flavored for perfection. The wings is definitely the best I've ever had. Thank you for your passion. Will be back soon.

Great news, it’s worth the drive from an hour and 15 minutes away. I will return for more great tasting food. The menu if full of delicious tasting food for everyone. The wings are great tasting with my favorite being the honey sriracha, old bay, and buffalo. I will try the other flavors next trip. The public loaded waffle fries are great as well as the house salad. We also tried the catfish nuggets and this also is a must try. Most importantly the service, the workers were very friendly. The food is served hot and tasty. Check out the full menu as it’s hard to decide…lol

The food here was absolutely amazing! If you are a foodie definitely come here. It’s rare my husband and I love food places and this place is definitely part of our top list. Come we you will not regret it. If we are ever back in VA we will most definitely stop by for another round. The server was absolutely adorable took care of us fantastically well.

Had the BEST fried chicken sandwich I've ever had! And the green beans were so amazing. We didn't have to season with more salt and pepper, everything was excellent! Service and food was beyond amazing! This place is a must!!

Really cool place to grab lunch. I really wanted to try to the wings but they were out so i had the shrimp wrap. It was very fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be back next time im in Suffolk and hopefully they’ll have wings! Update.. was in suffolk again and went back for wings. Easily top 3 best wings I’ve had!

The food here is so good. We keep going back for the waffle fries with an assortment of seasoning. The grilled chicken wrap with chipotle mayo is a must to order. Sooooo frickin good. Oh and the lemonade is freshly squeezed. Awesome drink to compliment this excellent dish. 😋

Our waitress was nice and attentive... Even the new woman was nice as well! Food was delicious. Will return if I'm in the Suffolk area again! This is the hot chick sandwich and the house turkey. Both were very delicious. Oh n they have seasoned waffle fries!!!

It's been awhile My Kitties 😸since I have done a review. I am pleased to write this review about a Hidden Jem I have come across in Downtown Suffolk called The General Public. We dined 🍽 there for lunch today and the food was delicious 😋. The waitstaff was very helpful and nice. Lunchtime on Saturdays is a bit busy, so don't leave home without your patience. The chicken wings were awesome especially Old bay wings. Ask for extra napkins. I got the carribean bowl (unfortunately not with utensils) Had to ask for them👀. Healthy portions Jim had the Brunch Burger ( which was delicious as well. If your looking for a spot with great atmosphere with home grown appeal you'll have to take a trip downtown to visit The General Public. Til Next time My Kitties 😸.
