I was taken there for my 40th birthday, It was a surprise dinner with 20 close friends, First off the food was amazing. We all had a wide variety of entrees and everyone remarked on how great everything tasted, the presentation was nice, the taste of my steak was absolutely amazing. we ordered seven different appetizers and i had a sampling of each and honestly, i know it is shocking, but all of our appetizers were outstanding. you could tell that they used the freshest ingredients and not only did the server check on how everything was , but the general manager, and the chef came to our group as well to make sure we were okay and that everything was to our liking. The service was really, really good. The food all came out quickly. mind you we were a party of twenty people and it was a Friday night!!!! which as you know is a very busy night. The Garden Grill also allowed my girlfriend to make a reservation on a Friday night, and from what she tells me they were more than accommodating when she went in early to set up the room hours in advance. Most of the staff asked if she needed help in setting up the room or my birthday party You have gained my repeat business, and i will make sure to let everyone know that this is the place to go if you are going out to eat!!!! This is a great restaurant !!!!! the service exceeded expectations, and the food was amazing!!

We went here for dinner with friends. We had okay service. We brought out 9 1/2 month son with us as well. He was in the high chair at the end of the table. We had ordered onion rings as an appetizer. Not our waiter but someone else brought them to our table. In her process of doing so she dropped the dipping sauce ALL over my son. She was very apologetic and all but very unprofessional about. Good thing the sauce wasn't hot but do to the fact we spent time having to clean my son up we were unable to enjoy the onion rings. Food was okay..but we had to ask to compensate us something do to the fact of dropping the sauce all over my son. Probably won't be going here ever again just because of how they handled the whole situation.

Went for lunch. I had the Greek salad with chicken. It was good, not spectacular, but tasty. My husband had the Grilled Salmon BLT, which he liked very much, with the sweet potato fries, which were also good. DON'T ORDER THE ICED TEA; it was gawdawful. Our server was efficient but somewhat surly. It didn't help that we were seated directly next to the servers' station and could hear them complain amongst themselves, but the place was clean, including the restrooms. We will probably go back next time we're in the area.

The exterior did not match the interior. I was a first time patron and did not know what to expect based on the gleaming neon lights outside the building. I thought we were walking into a diner and had second thoughts about eating here. The inside was pretty dark and drab but wasn't terrible. While the building interior and exterior were having an identity crisis the food itself looked appealing enough. The menu is pretty much something you would find anywhere and nothing too exquisite. I ordered the beef tips and my wife had the fried ravioli with vodka sauce. My beef tips were definitely over seasoned with garlic and just couldn't get that taste out of my mouth, and my vegetables were doused in black pepper. My wifes glorified mozzarella sticks were over fried. The breading was way too darkened and hard. The vodka sauce was nice actually. Anyway, the food didn't blow us out of the water at all. The service was just absolutely terrible. I haven't had such poor service in a while and it wasn't just us. It was the entire restaurant. It looked chaotic and mis-managed. Other patrons were arguing with there waiters, walking up to the hostess stand asking where there waiter is, looking for there checks or even attempting to pay the hostess the check. One problem is saw is that this restaurant only appears to have one point of sale device for the wait staff, which is next to the hostess stand. Regardless of that one inconvenience there really is no other excuse to be made at such poor service. My experience was not any different. The food came out in a timely manner so the issue falls squarely on the front of the house. I'm not sure what happened this evening but there's no reason a dinner for 2 should take 1hr 15mins, when we're just trying to eat and get home to our child. I would have given this restaurant another shot but I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone based on this terrible service. I will not be coming back or talking about this place.

Don't let the appearance fool you, this is great Italian food. They really need to redo the outside of this building so that people don't keep driving because they think it's a greasy spoon joint. Our service was great and the food was spectacular. It's right by a movie theater so it's a good place to grab dinner before going to a movie. Definitely coming back.

Not the best experience we've ever had, that's for sure. We had a groupon and I called a week ahead of time to make reservations for 8 people. We got there and they had no record of it being made. We waited until they got something ready for us, and after finally being seated, we had to go ask if we could have service after sitting there for 20 minutes without even being asked for drink orders! After that it was a little better, and the food was pretty good, but they weren't even that busy. Not sure what the problem was.

A local favorite of mine. Celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends. they let us use their party room with no additional charge. This place has very good service and the food is second to none. Try the steak deburgo ....... my favorite. I love the tenderloin sandwich for lunch.

On a Tuesday night, they had a 30 minute wait and seemed to be understaffed. This can happen to any restaurant, and isn't a reason for a bad review. But we decided to wait and sat down at the bar for a beer. For 15 minutes, not a single person made even eye contact with us, let alone asked if we wanted a drink. I understand being busy, but sitting that long watching employees walk directly in front of us and ignoring us is completely unacceptable. We walked out and will not be going back.
