Breakfast Menu "The Fix Drive Thru Coffee" Tempe

First time here and I got a lavender oat milk latte and it was delicious. Had the perfect balance of roasted expresso, lavender and oat milk. Not watered down, not overly milked BUT where you can taste both the expresso and lavender…. Yum. I like the fact they use Monin syrups instead of the other brand (yuck). Also got one of the oatmeal’s (goji Berry) for my little guy and he enjoyed it. The girls working there were helpful and friendly!!!! Also quick service, will be back again when I’m in the area. However the large size is HUGE!!!

I’m a regular and asked for light ice since the building I work in is always cold. They handed. it to me and I mentioned how it looks really light. They said it was because it said light ice on my order. I would’ve asked for it to be remade but was late to work. It’s basically oat milk and I can barely taste the coffee.

We went to the other location about a year ago and we were finally in the area to try this "fix" location. It was excellent! The barista was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. We ordered the white chocolate macadamia nut breve and a white brown sugar spice breve. Both were very smooth, tasty, and made me want another one!

I've been here a handful of times. Staff is professional. Coffee is delicious and affordable. They have stamp cards. Usually less than 5 cars in the drive-thru. If I could change anything, I'd have the staff be more social.

I love the design of this building! The walk ups don't have to worry about crossing the drive thru traffic. Great location! On the corner directly behind Costco. The staff was fantastically friendly which certainly starts the day off right! The coffee flavor was delicious! We got an Irish creme fix freeze and a vanilla latte.

This is my favorite drink place. I love the fusions. The staff are always so personable and accommodating. Even when they are super busy, they work hard to get you in and out quickly. They do stamp cards, but 10 and get 1 free. I always make sure to come when I am in town. I love bringing people here and they always love it!

Super disappointed today. Normally I don't have issues here, but today was a different story. At the window, I was greeted by an employee who I have yet to see before. I asked if she could leave the lid off my coffee so that I could pour my coffee into my metal cup. She became irritated and said she would do it. I, again, said I would do it but she instsited. (I just wanted to pour my own drink and give them back the cup to throw away). She poured maybe 1/2 to 3/4's of my drink in the cup and handed me back my metal cup, dripping with coffee, which was only 3/4's full. I asked for a napkin and she was irritated. She hide the rest of my drink behind the counter and that was the end (saw a good portion was still in the cup as she was pouring). In the end, I paid for a large, light ice with an extra shot. I was left with a part of the drink I ordered..... All from asking her not to put the plastic lid on the cup so I could pour my own drink in my own cup. Putting the lack of customer service aside from someone who may have been having a bad day, I never received what I paid for. This is why so many people dislike the new norm of being asked by places if they want to add a tip before recieving the service. Super disappointed.

Really wanted to like this place but I didn’t like my drink. Maybe next time I will try something else. It’s a cute little coffee place you can either walk up to order or go through the drive tru. I got the iced French vanilla latte. Didn’t like the combo infused caramel and vanilla. There’s some caramels and vanillas I like and this is not one of them. Was scared it would be to sweet and it wasn’t that sweet. Also there’s a stamp card, once you fill it up your next one is free any drink, any size
