This has been our favorite place to dine in our 10+ years as a couple. It was an all around experience , so much so we had to come back again so we could have it as a last meal before we headed back to Texas. The lamb meatballs were exceptional, but the bratwurst plate with the hot German potato salad and kraut absolutely sealed the deal. The drinks were on point and I’m still dreaming of the brie cheese appetizer . We will definitely be back again when we come to the area. And shout out to Caroline! We enjoyed every minute of her service. ♥️

This place was so cozy and beautiful! The staff were friendly and stayed very busy! I cannot stress this enough, if you are in the Cortez area please stop in! Their food is the best in that area! The chicken sandwich and fries were the best I’ve ever had! We will definitely go back!

Overall a good experience! Appetizers, veggie wontons and potato skins, were very good, especially the mango chutney served with the eggrolls. Steak was very satisfying just a tad bit overdone. Great atmosphere with a homey feel!

This restaurant is so charming and they served me the BEST chicken fried steak I have ever had! It was so good I would drive 6 hours to have it again! LOl! They do have slow service, but that is because the food doesn’t come from a bag or a box-go and enjoy and take your time. I do wish they would update their billing system. The poor server was serving every table on her own and having to take money at the register which takes time away from serving the customers. The manager and hostess were amazing. I would definitely recommend.

We were in Cortez for two nights and after eating there the first night we went back the second night. The food was terrific and the service excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Our waitress was awesome, and our food delicious. We had the yak burger! Yum!!! Also had the crispy salmon, which had a great sauce. Also tried the carrot coconut soup, which was okay. Overall a great experience, and those seem hard to come by lately. If we're ever back in Cortez, we will definitely visit again!

I recently ate at this restaurant and was really impressed. The atmosphere was friendly, the staff were attentive, and the food was amazing. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was quick and efficient, making it a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.

Great food. I had the smothered burger (does not come on a bun? Tasted very smokey and you can definitely taste the green chile! My husband had the steak fingers and said they were great. We also had Colorado Mule which was very tasty. The old cowboy drink was good as well.
