I'm starting to do a before and after view of my food so people can see the end result. This place was really cool. When I first walked in, it took me a while to get service, and I was about to knock them for it, but I guess the manager came from the back, and he was cooler than the other side of the pillow so he saved the 5 star review. I forgot his name (I know I suck). The food was really good. The ribs did taste like packaged ribs, but again, it was really good. I would advise you !to give it a try

This is my second time eating from here it's so delicious the chicken has the perfect crunch and spice its also always juicy. The mac and cheese is very creamy and cheesy full of the right flavors. Now let's get into the customer service, it's top notch both for dine in and carry out. I made the request that they make my order with love and give me the biggest tenders they had and the pics below will show just how they met those requests. A very great atmosphere and staff and even greater food, give this spot a visit and thank me later

The Cookshack was amazing. I drove 45 minutes and was worth it. Welcoming atmosphere, food, and drinks were amazing. Loved my food, the chicken & and waffles (medium) with my side Dragon Fries. My son had the shack bites, but his favorite was the Mac & Cheese. My mom had the Shack Salad and loved it. Brother had the chicken sandwich (Texas Hot). Please, if you decide to try it, don't forget to try the Ice Cream Sandwich. 🥰

We had the chicken sandwich and 2 piece tenders as mains and sides of fries and mac n cheese. Both were ordered as "medium" which wasn't particularly spicy. The sandwich was good, but would've been better without the sauce. The tenders were quite large, bigger than 1 thing of ranch could handle. The fries were too salty, but the other seasoning was tasty. The mac n cheese wasn't made with typical cheese(s) but was good.

The food is ok, I love sweet potato fries I just don't like them like chips. The fries were really crunchy which was annoying. The chicken was ok, many better options in the area.

Great value for the quality of food. Five tenders with fries, A piece of bread and a drink is the actually slightly cheaper than a five piece from Raising Canes, and the quality and size of tenders as well as the seasoning and quality of French fry is much better here. Lots of sauces to choose from. Menu has more than just chicken, but the tenders with different level of spice are the stars here. Line moves quick and food comes out hot and fresh. Manager walked around asking tables how the food was. Seems to be a well run establishment. My son and myself were both craving tenders and fries and this will probably be the go-to spot for that craving from here on out.

Been here several times before. Tenders are usually bigger and juicier than what I got today. The chicken was still good though. For the first time, I got mac and cheese instead of fries. Call me crazy but I think they use Cinnamon, Nutmeg, or something in it. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I smell, see, and taste that specific spice. I didn't really care for the dish because of that. It kept putting me in the mind of eating a sweet potato pie. I don't know. Overall, good food.

Tried This Spot Twice And It Was A Nice Vibe Each Time. Got The 5Piece Tenders First Time (Didn’t Finish It) And The Chicken And Waffles Next (Didn’t Finish It). It’s Veeeeery Filling. And The Cinnamon Butter On The Waffles Is Soooo Good. I Got The Texas Heat Flavor. Not Spicy As It Says But The Flavor Is There. The Fries Are So Damn Good Like Seriously. Not The Biggest Fan Of The Honey Mustard Sauce. I’ll Try Another One Next Time I Go.
