Amazing food and service! This is one of the best bay area seafood restaurants! Even though the outside looks a little bit sketchy, never judge a book by it's cover. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and ready 15 minutes after ordered. The environment was pretty clean, and there was no wait. Always happy to support a local business and with these prices for this quality makes it easily by with a 5 star review.

Was craving a lobster roll and was looking what was near me online and found this little joint! Was pleasantly surprised that a lobster roll came with 2 sides, that is super rare. The lobster roll hit the spot and was full of lobster! The clam chowder bread bowl was also delish! They seem to have a lot of regulars that come in. It’s very cozy, can be a little warm on a hot day but they have lots of fans. Staff was great and got us seated quickly and food delivered quickly. Can’t wait to come back!

Good fried fish with tasty batter that's light and crisp. Fries were ok, but I always prefer fatter steak fries to go with fried fish. Cole slaw was excellent -- not overly creamy, with a nice tangy zing. Service was friendly, and there are a few outside tables. A bit pricey overall, but it's worthwhile if you're looking for good fish and chips.

Loved city fish!! The fish was tasty and prices were very reasonable. I got the clam chowder & fish. Clam chowder was not only delicious but the bowl was barely holding together from surface tension since it was so full! The fish is also pretty big, and I got an extra half fish which was unexpected but appreciated. I also tried my friend's lobster roll which had a really tasty bread, but I'm not a huge lobster fan so I wouldn't order it personally. Our server was also very kind. My only complaints would be that the fries are a little flavorless and the tartar sauce was not my favorite either even though I normally love tartar sauce. I'd definitely come back here again and recommend coming here if you enjoy fried fish or clam chowder.

We were craving fresh oysters and there are not many options in the area, so we gave city fish a try. They only offer one type of oyster, but they were meaty, and quite good by adding some squeezed lemon. The clam chowder was full of clams but a bit thick. We also ordered the two piece fish and chips. That is the way to go, the fries are nothing special, but the fish is perfect. You can order just the fish, which is what we will do next time.

Delicious food. Lobster roll is excellent and prawn spaghetti is delicious. We also ate oysters Rockefeller are delicious too.

Ordered fish and chips. Batter was crispy. Chips weren't great but they weren't the worse I've had. Establishment is in need of a clean. Ac vents were black with dirt. $11 for a meal is a lot less than other places. Room for improvement. Clean the place, make thick cut chips, serve in a takeaway container that fits the fish, and serve with better tartar. I would visit again.

Fish and chips were great - nice light batter and flaky fish. Clam chowder was meh, super starchy and not a lot of actual clams.
