This is probably one of my favorite restaurants. The menu is incredibly expansive with almost everything anyone would want. From salad to burger to pizza to pasta to steak to fish to cheesecake! The restaurant is located in the parking lot of the Galleria Mall with easy access. There is usually a short wait if you go during dinner, but you can walk in during lunch. The factory chopped salad is my favorite. The salmon is delicious as well.
Staff are welcoming and super friendly. The food is still great, though I noticed the cheesecake slices are a lot smaller. Thanks, inflation, and you know who made it happen. It's still amazing after all these years. I hope they don't close down like most restaurant chains these days.
We went in to get some grub before shopping. The interior war really nice. And ornate. But again. The seating was at the freaking highest traffic possible. We didn't really know what to order since they now have what seems to be hundreds of items. We settled on tacos. Grilled chicken and fish. The food looks good, but beans and rice were cold. But much in terms of flavor... the tacos were just ok . for the price , definitely not worth it.

There’s only one downside to dining at this awesome restaurant, it’s too hard to choose some thing off their menu! They have everything from sandwiches to seafood to Chinese and Italian. I always find myself getting the chicken and shrimp jambalaya! And it was super crowded and busy on a Saturday night so make sure to get there early. The restaurant looks beautiful. I really love the ambience. The service was a little slow but our food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal.
I have eaten here so many times. The food and service are so consistent and always having me going back for more. The food is always hot and fresh. The portions are awesome. The service is always 🚀🚀🚀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🔥🔥 Recently went back servers Madison and Dana are excellent. Super attentive and so hard working. Always such a great experience! Well done!
We had really great service during our 2023 Fathers Day. We did make reservations a week prior, just in case, but it wasn't necessary at 11:45am. The food was excellent, as usual, but dang, they give you a ton of food! I ordered the Lemon-Herb Parmesean Chicken from the skinnylicious menu and OMG it was SO GOOD!! It was so much food that I was able to share the plate with my husband.
So funny story I picked 3 restaurants, I made reservations for all 3 restaurants. The plan was then I was gonna pick out of a hat which one to go to. But I ended up numbering the restaurants, and then I ask Google to pick a number from 123. And google picked #2Which was the Cheesecake Factory. So We had the reservation and was sat fairly quickly after checking in. The place was packed for being a Wednesday night. First I want to Shout out to Kim our server she was awesome and very friendly and kept checking on us. Our food came out pretty fast as busy as they were. The food was delicious 😋 the service was great and the cheesecake 😋 👌 😀. We were all happy and full. Now I don't mind spending my money here again. I want to thank everyone who worked on the evening of 11/09/22. You guys made a very happy memory and helped us celebrate our anniversary dinner.
