This was my first time here. When we arrived the staff were friendly and seated us right away. Our waiter was really friendly and offered help with food suggestions. He brought out our bread and drinks fast. I never been to the Cheesecake factory and I felt overwhelmed by the menu. There were so many different food options I didn't know where to start. I ended up getting the crispy chicken and shrimp. And I must say it was really delicious. I definitely want to go back and try different things, as I looked around at other people's tables I definitely had plate envy lol. When I looked at the prices they were definitely on the higher end. But after tasting the food I can see it was worth the price.

First of all, the food was very good. I had the chicken Madeira and steak combo, while my wife had the orange chicken. Both were very tasty and had a very nice presentation. The staff was great. Our server Monica, never let my glass of water get low. However, this location has gone down in quality over the years. The decor looks old and fading, there’s paint chipped all over and it just feels dirty. The ground was covered in trash and food pieces, our table was dirty and chipped/stained, and the walls are filthy. While I do recommend the food and cheesecakes, we had the Pineapple Upside Down cheesecake, this location has questionable cleanliness.

We had the opportunity to celebrate our family's achievements at The Cheesecake Factory tonight. Upon arrival, the restaurant appeared to be quite busy, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated at our table within just 10 minutes. Our server, a friendly and attentive lady (I wish I could remember her name), took care of us throughout the evening. We ordered three appetizers and four entrees, and also got two cheesecakes to go. The Thai Lettuce Wrap was an absolute delight. The chicken was tender, and it came with three delicious side sauces. Unfortunately, the Egg Rolls Sampler didn't live up to our expectations. The egg rolls were not crunchy and tasted overly oily. Additionally, considering the price, we felt that there should have been at least two pieces of each type, instead of one egg roll cut in half. On the other hand, the Fired Calamari was absolutely delicious, with a satisfying crunch. The Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp had an okay flavor, but the curry taste was not very strong. We would have preferred it to be spicier. As for the Pineapple Chicken and Shrimp, the menu described the chicken as crispy, but what we received was mushy. It tasted similar to orange chicken. The Fish and Chips dish came with five pieces of fish and a basket of fries. Unfortunately, the fish itself was rather bland, and the coleslaw had a strange taste that didn't appeal to us. The Chicken Riesling was a fantastic dish with generous portions. However, the spaghetti was lacking in flavor. Moving on to desserts, the Tiramisu Cheesecake was absolutely incredible. It was incredibly delicious! The Banana Fresh Cheesecake was another personal favorite. It had a wonderfully fresh taste. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience, despite the high prices. The atmosphere was worth the cost, and the service was top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the assortment of breads they offered at the beginning of the meal.

The Cheesecake Factory is always a treat! And not just the cheesecakes itself! The food is always good and the service is even better. The menu has enough options for just about everybody!

The Baja chicken tacos were excellent but the jambalaya was not very good the noodles were overcooked. This restaurant was very beautiful though and the service was on point. This place was also very expensive Dinner for 4 people 2 alcoholic beverages and 3 cheesecakes $200+

We went here on May 10th for mother's day! This place is always packed. Luckily we only waited about 20 minutes! Our waiter was nice and knowledgeable. We had kids pizza, kids mac and cheese, pasta with meatballs, jambalaya and fried pineapple, chicken and shrimp plates! It all looked delicious but the two plates with pasta were overcooked pasta to the point it was mushy.. we just let it go because it took too long to get our food. O think the kitchen was overwhelming and over cooking the food... we also had spinach dip appetizer, that was really good! But we got our bread right before they gave us our entrees.. so we barely touched it. I had a margarita which was good too! I also had to go the strawberry short cake which the server told us it's not actually short cake its mini sweet bisquets. That was disappointing..

I haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in quite some time. I met a friend there for lunch. Our waiter was excellent in that he was very attentive. We loved the choices on their Skinnylicious menu. And the drinks weren't bad either!

10/10 restaurant! We loved everything about it. I think it was our 4th time here and we’ll keep goin back.
