We stopped in here tonight after a day of shopping. Our server, Trinity, was super sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable. We were able to get in and get seated within about five minutes. Everything we had was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. THANK YOU very much for the great experience!
Overall great experience! Went for my birthday and had the Tuscan chicken never had it before but I found it to be pretty good. I also had an appetizer of fried calamari 🤤🤤. Husband had the fried mac n cheese for his appetizer and then meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn. Huge portions 👍🏾 For the finale I had the Banana cream cheesecake and he had the red velvet. Yummy 🤤
Our server Adeni was very attentive to our needs! she was helpful with questions about the menu. we enjoyed the conversations she held with us. all of our dishes were fantastic! thank you for a wonderful experience
Our server was amazing. He was very attentive. You are still served fresh warm bread when arriving. We were just here for a light lunch of soup & salad. I got the chicken tortilla & hubby got clam chowder or lobster bisque - all was delicious!
I don’t review a ton of chains, but since I don’t have Cheesecake Factory at home, I jump on the chance to go to one when I travel. Our service was great and, their pasta dish I had was delicious especially considering it’s not an Italian restaurant. And, how can I complain? The lemon meringue cheesecake and the vanilla bean cheesecake I got to go were as fantastic as I’d hoped!
We had the Chicken Marcela with mushrooms and bow tie pasta, 2 waters with lemon, the Oreo dream cheesecake and the hot fudge sundae for dinner and it also came with the 2 kinds of homemade bread and butter. We actually shared the dinner since it is a larger size- we then splurged on the desserts! Our waiter was tending to the larger sized tables rather than our 2-person table which was disappointing, however the other staff members saved him and took up the slack. The overall wait time was not appropriate and way too long. He never refilled our waters, nor asked us even though the one glass of water sat empty for well over half the meal time. We love Cheesecake Factory and the wonderful menu they offer, but we were slightly disappointed in the overall service and this is later in the evening, not during prime time. The food quality was absolutely amazing! Thanks Cheesecake Factory!
Food is a bit on the pricey side, but tasted good. This is the 2nd time I've ate there. It's about a 30 minute wait both times to get food once it's ordered which isn't hateful. Bread is a little too hard. Butter was served hard as a rock. Server Jennifer did a great job and was friendly. Parking is terrible so be prepared to walk. I'd give the noise level 4/10. Not bad overall.
Pleasant experience laid back lunch with my mother. Food was great little pricey but overall nice time
