I went to this restaurant wanting a baked potato around 6:30-7:00. Prime rib was the special for last night. oh yeah! Our little serving girl was wonderful, very upbeat and helpful. My meal was brought..... The prime rib and horseradish was just what I wanted. But my baked potato was old and not warm enough to even melt the butter. I was asked if I wanted another baked potato, I did. I was brought another OLD potato that was warm enough to melt the butter.

This is our second time back taking our entire business team. The atmosphere is fun. The food is a fair price and of good quality.

I was in town for the week on business, and I couldn't be happier to have found this place. The nightly entertainment (live bands and karaoke) was great to listen to and wasn't intrusive to you enjoying your dinner. The service was top-notch, friendly, accurate, and attentive. From steaks to burgers and all the different sides. There wasn't anything that wasn't good. Lunch, Dinner, or late night drinks this place is worth a stop if you are a local or in the area visiting!

Being from Houston, Texas I didn't expect a lot from steaks around here but... the 10oz Pepper Steak was the most perfect medium rare steak I think I've ever ordered. Just like I make them at home. In most places, we have to order rare just to get medium rare. The flavor was outstanding, and perfect. The baked potato was also very good with real bacon chuncks. The drinks are delicious! One of the best Old Fashion, with Maker's Marker, drinks I've had. Service was almost very attentive and pleasant. We just moved here 2 weeks ago and The Boot Grill will be one of our staple restaurants.

Waitress was very pleasant and friendly, but at the same time very inattentive. I waited at least 10 minutes with an empty iced tea glass before she finally came by. Food was not good. Shrimp appetizer was overcooked and akin to chewing on rubber. I ordered a medium rare burger and it came out very well done. Server did ask how it was and I was honest with her. She did say sorry, but didn’t offer to replace it or anything else. To add insult to injury, when check arrived there was a 3% gratuity charge for the kitchen staff. I’m tired of these restaurants, sneaking in hidden charges, especially when I would never tip the kitchen staff for such poor food. I won’t be back to this establishment.

Had a great time , food and drink along with the atmosphere was amazing. When I went to check out they lost my credit card. I gave them my number as they requested. Went home and saw 2 fraudulent charges on the card. Never received a call as promised. Went there 2 days later talked to a Manager and he said they have a meeting with the owners and will call me after. Once again no call,. I have disputed the charges and canceled the card. The point is they let one of their bartenders get away with using my credit card and could care less about it. The manager said it was strange because they hand the cards back usually . In this case she held the card and never gave it back.

Food was absolutely disgusting. We asked the waitress for suggestions on what to order. I got a French Dip, my husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both suggestions from waitress. The French dip was the worst I've ever had. There was no flavor. It was meat and cheese on a hoagie roll. Nothing else. My husband said his sandwich was gross too. Then when we went to pay, we noticed we were charged for 2 chicken sandwiches. Which we thought was really bizarre considering 2 sandwiches didn't come out to the table, just 1. Not sure how that even happens. If food is put in to the computer, isn't it sent back to the kitchen to be made??? We told this to the waitress, she apologized and took it off our bill. But it seemed very fishy

Great food with outdoor seating and wifi. All I need. I will be back.
