We stopped here on our drive from LA to San Diego, not expecting much, but our expectations were exceeded! These were absolutely some of the best bagels we have ever had. We got a smoked Turkey BLT with honey mustard, an everything bagel, and a strawberry bagel! The bagels themselves were fluffy, delicious, and super flavorful. The cream cheese proportion was perfect. On top of it all, service was quick, friendly, and the owner even came out to make sure our bagels and experience were up to par. Can’t recommend bagel shack enough!
Amazing bagels! I’ve never tried a sun dried tomato bagel before even though they’re two of my favorite foods. Lots of great flavors. Staples and new. Of their sandwiches, I’ve only had the lower with bacon but it’s delicious! This place is consistent. Never had a bad experience there. Always such fast and FRIENDLY service. Shout out to Chad. Highly recommend.
It's a bagel place that charges too much for putting ingredients on both sides of the bagel. They need to understand I can go to brueggars and buy twice the amount of bagels, then only eat the tops, and then feed the bottoms to the wildlife to make it my buddy! All for about the same price. Your dough ain't worth that much dough bro! After writing this I went from 3 stars down to two. It felt more proper to me. I visited your shop 2x both times felt the pricing was too high. Prices aren't even stated on your online menu... I won't visit again unless the pricing improves, but I won't be able to know unless you state your prices online. Because I won't go there unless the pricing improves...
I love bagel shack and i was craving some plain bagels with avocado and lemon pepper. This is my absolute favorite bagel to get! Id rate it a 8/10! As well as a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and it was pretty good. Id rate it a 6/10 because the bagel didn’t taste too much like blueberry and if you crave just a blueberry bagel i’d recommend getting no cream cheese with it, as it overpowers the blueberry flavor. I also got a caramel blended, it was good and i’d rate it a 7/10! Overall i’d rate the breakfast a 6-7/10! I love bagel shack and will be going back :)
The bagels they used to make would be delicious. I had the opportunity to stop by the shop after a long time and I was very sad that it was like a high school year-end party... There are more employees than customers and I waited 5 minutes for 1 regular small coffee and they gave it vanilla coffee! It's a wrong! They may not have heard the loud woeful Mexican music playing inside. I got a message from that shop today. We are looking forward to those old days too, we miss past days so much...Bye!
Was really looking forward to trying this place. Bagels are slightly above average. I got an everything bagel with lox and I was surprised that it was somewhat bland and lacking crunch even after being toasted. For reference, the gold standard for me is Utopia Bagels in Queens, NY.
Worth going out of your way to get a bagel sandwich here. Coffee is great too. Fresh bagels, wide selection. Happy staff.
Bagel shack is our FAAAAAV. Whenever we are at the beach we always make sure to come here. The bagels are so good and no other bagel place really compares. Can’t go wrong with any thing you get here!! 10/10 definitely recommend.
