This is a cool place to stop in Sunapee Harbor. There are porch tables where you can have a view of the water and boats. Even the main restaurant has some views. I ordered the wings which were tasty. My husband had the Reuben which was packed with meat and came with fries. I had a cocktail called a Senorita which was raspberry flavored and very refreshing.

Almost didn't go because of the low google rating. I am so glad I ignored it. We had a great experience. We went about 3 pm so it was relatively empty. Sat on the deck which has great views. Our server was super friendly. We ordered the smoked fish appetizer which was very tasty. Loved it all. Would go back again.

We have been going to Jesse's for at least 20 years. The atmosphere is rustic and appropriate for NH. I especially like the outdoor seating in front of the restaurant on a nice day. The servers were pleasant and efficient. They almost had me ordering their potato "puffs " instead of my usual baked potato because they described how delicious they were. We ordered expensive items: lobster roll, steak, and a seafood casserole. They were all delicious, but way too expensive for anything other than a special evening out. (The lobster roll should be on a different bread.) I will continue my once a year tradition.

Beautiful view of lake while dining and service friendly and prompt. Fried fish had no taste and batter too thin compared to the way it was several yrs back. Sweet fries cold and hard. Coleslaw tasted " old". The burgers at another table looked and smelled good....

This is a must stop if you’re looking for a bite on or around Lake Sunapee. Super quaint, right on the water and delicious food make this place a can’t miss. Located directly on the water of Sunapee Harbor it’s picturesque and relaxing. Grab a drink and sip up some sunshine surrounded by water and harbor views. Grab a bowl of chowder and a burger or sit down for some delicious haddock or Salmon. The Anchorage is not likely to disappoint. You might even get a surprise visit by Sunapee’s own Steven Tyler.

Me and two friends all ordered 1lbs steamers when they came out it was very disappointing. There was only 9 steamers on my our plates. Mine and my other friend came out first.. super cold and my other friend came out 10 min later nice and fresh.. our bartender said they could make new ones but we refused due to you know what happens when you send stuff back rule.. I only recommend this place for cocktails and that’s it..

This is a very tourist driven business. As such, prices are very high.( $120 for 2) $45 for a small portion of fried clams, literally handful of fries. Way over priced. The quality isn't there to justify this price point. My wife ordered a salad. for $24! Really, for a salad? Food isn't anything over the top. Prices need to be more in line with the food quality. Rather than stick it to the locals and make the money on the tourists who will never come back.

Sticky table; asked for tablecloth; told no extras. 2.5 yr old grandson dropped his water. No employee attempted to wipe floor -- so I finally went to restroom to get paper towels so no one would trip. Husband's fried clams not okay (and he is not fussy!!) Cole slaw not good. Fortunately my deep fried brie (appetizer) was good. Sadly, will NEVER come back. We suspect all here are 1st time customers.
