I absolutely love TGI Fridays! The food is consistently delicious, and the menu has something for everyone. The staff is welcoming, and the lively ambiance creates a fantastic dining experience. Every visit feels like a celebration of flavors, and I can't get enough of their mouthwatering dishes. From the classic appetizers to the indulgent desserts, TGI Fridays never disappoints. Whether it's a casual lunch or a fun dinner with friends and family, this place has it all. The attention to detail in every dish is evident, and the portions are always generous. It's the perfect spot to satisfy cravings and enjoy a memorable meal. Without a doubt, TGI Fridays deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars for consistently delivering a wonderful dining adventure that keeps me coming back for more.

I'm giving this Friday's in the palisades mall 2 stars simply because of the front of the house staff, specifically my server Alexa & her coworkers they were great but sadly there was nothing they could do to make up for the horrible food. The whiskey sampler platter for apps came out extremely over cooked and when Alexa brought out some new shrimp they were under cook, like completely raw. That should've been enough for us but our servers great demeanor gave us hope and then our entrees came & nothing tasted good. Burger , chicken tenders, steak and lobster everything was trash! I love Fridays so I was extremely disappointed, I do have hope that management will find some great kitchen staff because such a great location should not be dropping the ball this hard.

I haven’t been to tgif in forever so I was excited to bring the kids and eat, over all everything was good, waiter was very attentive, only thing we hated was how long EVERYTHING took to come out and be served but overall I’d recommend you guys to come. The kids all got tenders and fries from kids menu, we loved how crispy they looked but the tenders “white meat” wasn’t consistent in all of them but those just weren’t eaten. We got an appetizer to share: classic Friday combo with boneless Parmesan chicken, potato wedges, mozzarella sticks and this was prob the best thing we ate, very fresh and tasted soooo good! I ordered half a rack of ribs, flavor: bbq sauce. Sides mash and Caesar salad which was delish! The meat might’ve been a bit red for my liking but it wasnt terrible nor tasted raw so that was good. My bestfriend ordered: half rack of ribs as well. Flavor: whiskey glazed sauce, she said it was good but the ribs were a little tuff. Sides: mac & tomato cucumber salad (she said the salad wasn’t flavorful but the Mac was great!) We had dessert which it was great minus the ice cream coming melted. Kids had sundaes (vanilla with pecans & fudge) it was actually good! Me & my bestfriend shared a brownie obsession which was good but it came with very little melted ice cream but overall good! A no biggie but maybe if going with kids bring entertainment, there were no more crayons and paper so the kids were bored and ready to go quickly!

I haven't been to Friday's restaurant in a long time. I went to this one and wow what a disappointment. We ordered alfredo and it was spoiled the smell was horrible. I am glad I didn't eat it I would have been sick. We asked the waiter to smell it and he agreed. Because of this I didn't order anything else because of my weak stomach and being afraid I would get sick. My daughter order a burger which she was eating but the amount of nets or flies in the restaurant she was able to eat it because when she put in down the flies attacked it. What a turnoff - I guess I haven't missed anything by not having this in some time. Well at least not at this location. The soda machine was down and the lemonade was horrible.

Wish I could have given it zero stars. Went with the wife and two sons for lunch. We sat for a while before the waitress came and took our drink and appetizer order. Fifteen minutes later, the apps arrived, but not the drinks. The gentleman delivering our food said he would grab the drinks for us, but that my son's strawberry lemonade would be a minute because it is made at the bar. The original drink order arrived just before he did with the ones he was getting, which was fine. We took both. The original order that arrived had an alcoholic strawberry lemonade for my 13yo, which they obviously took back and finally arrived with his drink. They finally took our dinner order, which took a long time to arrive. My meal had ribs and chicken wings. I received tiny wings, which must have been pulled off chickens while they hatched, and one drumstick that was undercooked. I told the waitress about this, but she did not care at all. Waited for the manager, who never came over. Ended up paying the bill and leaving. Food sucked, and service was terrible.

I felt disappointed with my dish. Little pieces of steak and lots of potatoes. My friend ordered a dish that come with broccoli. It looked old then the server brought another plate of broccoli looked even worse. 3rd time around looked better but taste like clorox.

Was not busy when we got there. Ordered some endless apps. We were less then impress with presentation and taste. Service was extremely slow. Food was less then appetizing based on presentation. The guacamole had started to brown on the spinach dip app and the boneless wings were not even completely coated in sauce. Overall I am reluctant to return with so many other choices.

I ordered a new meal on the menu. Lobster steak and mash with broccoli. The lobster was so tiny nothing like the picture, just one bite and done. The steak was disgusting and tough, the broccoli was very cold and couldnt eat it. Very disappointed with the food. I came in starving ready to enjoy a good meal. Didn't eat my meal. Never ever will I return to tgif.
