Went with my child to one of our favorite spots! TGI Fridays has always been part of any celebrations we have! We have many fond memories and my child is 20 years old! So u can imagine! We always love from the moment we get greeted to when we leave. We were taken care of by Stephanie who was very nice and also very attentive. The food was delish! Came to our table nice and hot! The brownie obsession is soooo good!! That's our favorite! Of course we just love the whole vibe and energy this place has! Just take a minute to look at the walls! Very cool decor that u will love!! Always a classic and still one of the best places to go when ur visiting home!

The hostess was nice. we were greeted and seated immediately for table of 6. The most interesting part of the evening was the manager Mr.Desmond. Seeing the way he go around checking on the guess and making sure they were happy with the service. I live upstate New York and I just stop here while on my way to the city I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

Food was half cold and hot. Plus food order was missing the shrimp. Waited hour for the main course. wasn't good. Place was dirty. It has been a while since I been there but service use to be good.

Waited over 2 hours for our main courses. Which we never stilled received. Our waitress just left and no one came to replace her till we kept trying to figure out where our food was. Our food was under cooked, cold and my daughter’s broccoli was burnt and had a piece of lime that looked sucked on. Gross! No one once came to check up on us, or remove our huge pile Of dishes from our appetizers. Very disappointed and definitely won’t be returning here! Not sure who was more flustered? The waitress or me? :-/

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I have to from this regretful experience. There was a tgi friday's flyer sent to my house with an advertisement from friday to sunday for a $12.99 sirloin steak and crispy shrimp (see pictures) The person I ordered from said that at this store it would be $14.99. I do not understand why there would be a different price from from what the flyer said. I was actually charged even more than that. It winded up being 16.48 She said that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I got there after the 20 minute "mark", I waited for another 10 minutes before I got my order. Our food was very cold. I asked for a medium well steak, but they gave me a medium rare instead. There was no gravy for the potatoes and no sauce for the shrimp. This was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this establishment at all! DON"T GO! You'll regret it.

Went in at 4pm. Had the place to ourselves. Josh was all waiter. We both ordered BBQ. Wife ordered bucket of bones. Me chicken breast. We both loved the sauce. At the end, even the GM came over. Food was delicious and a very friendly staff.

This isn't our first time at this particular TGIF. Its unfortunate that every time we go, it just keeps getting worse. We waited at the front end to be seated for about 4 minutes before the manager came out from the back to seat us. There was only 1 waitress during lunch, we got there around 3pm for an early dinner. The waitress was literally running from each table to the bar, to make all of the drinks herself and tend to the people eating at the bar. There was no help from the manager, except to tell her which particular table needed their check and he disappeared to the back again. A manager should roll up his sleeves and help the staff to run a restaurant smoothly. Later, after 15 mins, we were able to put our order in with a waiter who had just come in. Our order came to us wrong, which was unexpected because we were very clear and it was an easy order. The floors were sticky, and where we were going to be seated by the manager, smelled of urine and I asked to be seated elsewhere immediately. It's sad that management doesn't do better with scheduling (this is a repeat of the last time we went there). If you're not scheduling the right amount of people to work, at least help out on the floor with customers and stay on top of the restaurant cleanliness. Needless to say, it was strike 3 and we will not be back.

I can say that over all the service was good. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Only down fall was the fact that they where out of alot of things and my appetizer where cold. Atleast the drinks where on point. I would give them another try.
