Our server Joshua was amazing and very alert. All of our drinks and food came out correct, fresh and on time. We’ll be back to visit on Joshua shift. Tues-Sun nights!!!
Honestly, Joshua is the best server I’ve experienced at this location. He served me and my girlfriend incredibly well. He was very efficient and got us our drinks and food really fast. Some of the best customer service I ever experienced. He really connected with us and made us feel welcome. Definitely will be coming back.
The service was good. The server kept the rating from sinking. Since it was Friday and we were in the neighborhood. I thought it was appropriate to drop in for lunch. These box restaurants are hit and miss. I got the burger with the potato skin can't remember the menu name. The food was okay. I wasn't expecting much anyways. The drinks were made good. Didn't even need seconds.
Joshua was a big help, he made sure our meal was perfect. Me and my wife really appreciate his service, attitude & his overall professional work. We were very comfortable mind you we work hard and expected average service. He went above and beyond thank you again we will definitely be returning.
Helen is such a great and welcoming waitress. I love her service because she moves at a fast pace, Helen is always smiling and making my experience better. She remember my orders and also make different food suggestions she know I’ll like. Good job Helen keep it up !!
Helen and Ray were amazing!!! The food was great as well. But, the amount of care that was shown to us by these two were out of this world. The attentiveness, politeness, and the talent that they displayed was amazing. They embody what it means to be a professional in the customer service industry. We will definitely be back soon!! And anyone who plans on coming here in the future, ask for Helen and Ray. They’re a rare delicacy at TGI Fridays.
