Horrible experience the temperature was freezing and everyone was shivering! We ordered steak and it came out grey looking and the broccoli was cold. Not even edible!! The waiter was great, felt bad Andrew was in cross fire of horrible food. The manager didn’t do anything about temperature until we were leaving, a lady came and asked how was everything and I said not good. Explained everything and she said steaks come frozen and then we thaw them. Yuck!! Then got bill and they took a while 3.00 off each dinner. Seriously. We couldn’t even eat it. Nasty!! Never will I go there again. Thanks for not taking care of us at all!!

Great location on the river. Not a busy time so we could get a table by the window. Since we were traveling it took more time than we had hoped. Salmon and ribs are our favorites! Couldn't leave without the warm brownie with ice cream dessert.

Finally, someone that serves the Beyond Burger. A vegan cheese option would be nice though for those that like cheese on their burger. People are finally cathching on. It is delicious.. Our server Will was also AMAZING.

We had a good time at the restaurant. Nice to sit on the side that over looks the river (request it and they will put you there. My wife had the southern fried which was good but she wished she wished she ordered the buffalo chicken so it had a little kick. I had the whiskey glazed burger which I thought was very good. Our waitress was also very timely. Had it give it a 5 for great food, service and price

I love the franchise and menu selection in general. This location needs the white glove treatment on cleanliness from the entry to the bathrooms. My salmon was overcooked and a very small portion but had lots of yummy rice and broccoli to help fill me up. However my husband said his burger was good. The waiter was not attentive to refills and getting us the check. Earned a few points for our next visit!

Had to ask for the 2 for $20 menu. Good was good and plentiful except for the dessert which was literally 2 bites of cake. But was very full anyway. Our waiter was very attentive. Overall, pretty good. I had whiskey chicken and husband had salmon.

We ordered the rib dinner with fries. The fries were too salty to eat. Server made no adjustment to bill or replacement of fries. Service was very slow as usual at this location. If expecting good service, don't visit here because you need to find the servers for drink refills, the bill, or any napkins.

The food just isn't as good as it used to be, which is evidenced by the low number of people eating there. We had to ask for lunch menus, which weren't much different from the standard menu - same portions and prices. We were told that they only had those out upon request. We had ordered tea and an appetizer, then saw the 3/12.99 option in the back of said menu - we would have taken advantage of that had we been given those menus up front and told about that special as we ordered said appetizer. Had to ask for plates for our shared appetizer, which normally we don't have to ask for. It seems like they are cutting back in strange ways.
