Breakfast Menu "TGI Fridays" Lake Zurich

IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Girlfriend found half inch piece of metal in her steak! (Looked like from brush that cleans grill) It was her last bite unfortunately so have no idea if already swallowed other pieces of metal. Bihar same steak and last 4 bites worth were inedible because of some weird very very salty substance. Told manager about metal just kept saying I'll take it off bill and give you gift card for $50. I said are you kidding? Who cares about that what if we ate and swallowed more metal? They never even checked our food or food on other peoples tables that could have been eating metal that could kill them. Did not go check kitchen just wanted to give me gift card instead of making sure people eating were not in danger! Should have also told us to go get xrays to be sure we don't have metal in our system that could kill us! District manager was a complete joke and would never answer my direct questions and was very rude and very ignorant. I called back 15 minutes later to restaurant to make sure they checked the kitchen and other food and manager said he was just about to do That. 15 minutes later 50 people or more could have had been eating something that could potentially skill them. I am in shock and very pissed! I said this could be really bad when not only had 2 waitresses come to take our order because seemed our waitress stole our table. Ordered potato skins for appetizer and half of them had just a little piece of fat instead of bacon. Anyone cooking or bringing this out should not even have a job. What a joke of company standards in all ways here.

One if the best experiences we have had in a restaurant. The food was very good and the waitress we had was awesome. We would definitely patronize this establishment again.

Average chain restaurant. The Crunchy Brussel Sprouts were awesome. The customer service is excellent but very under staffed. The veggie burger tastes just like meat.

They totally messed up our steaks but everything was still really good

Good food. Went there for lunch Had gotten the two for 14 meal. Got the salmon and chicken which was amazing . Also had the hurricane as a drink. Had two because they were so good . Bartender was super nice. Will be back eventually

Very good service great management but the place need to have to be much cleaner

Visited this location three times so far and every time left very satisfied. My entire family loves it as the food is great and the service very professional. Each time we ordered something else and each time it was great. We had ribs, steaks, hamburgers, salads, and bunch of appetizers. Not once were we disappointed and we are not an easy to please bunch when it comes to food. Prices are reasonable and so the value is truly great. For a chain restaurant they are as good as it gets.

I had the steak and shrimp combo. Superb! The steak was tender, tasty, and perfect medium. (As ordered) The shrimp were large and delicious. Came with two sides for very reasonable price. I hope this offering stays around. The service was very good. Courteous, attentive, and friendly.
