My friends split the appetizer platter and were less than enthused about it. The mozzarella sticks were cold and potato skins were not like they used to be. Our server did her best to help. But the CARLOS BAKERY RAINBOW CAKE was amazing!!!!! Vanilla cake with vanilla frosting between the brightly colored layers. Very yummy!

Update** I received a call from Marvin, the Manager who had a nice conversation with me about the situation and I am amending this review and rating. Maybe it’s because we placed our Togo order at 9:30pm Labor Day night. But with the posted late closing time we figured it was well within your operating hours. We were trying TGIF after almost 15 years to get a taste of something new. We ordered 2 of their burgers with the side choice and one appetizer. $45 + 15% tip online order. I head over to pick it up. The restaurant was not at all busy but when I entered I was ignored by all for 5 minutes. Then a person came over and asked if I’d been helped yet. She was friendly and told me the order was the only one currently in the kitchen and should be completed in 4 minutes.

Very dark and ghastly street/parking lot. I ordered to-go meals twice. The first time, i stood at the door waiting for close to 15 minutes before an employee tended to me. The 2nd time was a little better-waited about 7 minutes. On both occasions, the restaurant was not busy. Maybe 20 diners in total and everyone was already seated. The steak on both occasions were raw. I'll travel to the Bloomington location if I ever want TGI.

My experience here was the first after the pandemic, I did like the place before that, and would have lets go if it was suggested. The medium done hamburger I ordered came with no trace of pink, and not much more than that in moisture content. Fries were bland, soggy, and warm. Service was poor; no greeter/host for a couple minutes, and he came from the back when he did come. There were approximately 20 people in the place, couple at the bar, few booths and 2 tables. We asked for a table and he tried to seat us at the nearest one, we asked for one closer to the back. When we sat down he said one of a couple of waitresses would be right with us, 5 minutes later a guy who said he would be our server took our drink order, and when he came back, he took our food order. No waitresses were ever seen. Someone else brought the food, and we were asked as the 'server' walked past if everything was ok. He was finishing up at a booth of unhappy people. 5 minutes after we had finished and pushed the plates away, the server stopped to ask about desserts, then after a couple other trips to one of three tables in the place he laid the check down and ignored the immediate debit card placement to have us spend more time waiting. Hard pass. Sure seems like they need a new gimmick or two. Reminded me of the nearby mall after most of it died off. Nobody cares because they see no hope or future.

This evening I ordered for a 2nd night in a row….my wings this evening HOWEVER were burnt literally the crustiest things I have ever eaten….I’m not quite sure how you burn/over cook prepped boneless chicken “wings”…? Also a disappointing bonus they tossed them in such little sauce OPPOSITE of the actual flavor I ordered……..I mean almost 30$ after a tip for 12 crusty a$$ wings in the wrong flavored sauce ….. which I physically walked in and picked up myself is pathetic. I deserve a decent meal & expect consistency. I also downloaded & ordered via the TGIF app because I drive for DoorDash & Instacart so I buy myself dinner from Chili’s, Applebee’s BWW’s & was testing out my liking for TGIF as I frequent those restaurants 5 nights out of the week especially when Taco Bell or Macdonald’s doesn’t quite tickle my fancy. ALL the aforementioned dining establishments are all well within a 2 mile radius of my home. Regretfully I am not inclined to reorder as something so simple should be consistent and easy to execute. Now I have clear recollection as to why I have lived in the same 2 mile range for 7 years and spend my money elsewhere! My dining experience this evening was beyond ruined. Now I’m left trying to deal with their company customer service representatives to complete refund on their end. In my experience….ill-advised.

Fabulous food! Hot and fresh! Be sure to try the pomegranate margarita!

The menu is very limited for healthy options. I imagine their wings and ribs are good, but the fish and chips were horrible. I've had better fish sticks than that. My wife encouraged me to send them back but I did not inform the staff.

It was empty on a Friday evening. Food was good and beer was fresh and cold. Good service and friendly waitress. (-) Food presentation is not attractive and plates looks empty. There is something wrong for sure
