Came in for lunch on Labor Day, and it wasn’t as busy as expected. We joined the waitlist, and when we arrived, we were seated in less than ten minutes. The value of the food is great- I like how you get two sides with the meal options. (Not pictured: I got a house salad with house-made thousand island dressing). The give you plenty of the rolls with butter- yum!! I highly recommend the chicken critters there, and the bbq and honey mustard is so good!! Quick service and great food!!!
The place was just packed, with a long line, but our group of six was seated very quickly. Our waiter was excellent and attentive. We had a funny mishap. One of us ordered coffee and realized (after it was served) that it was hot black tea. The waiter was astonished, quickly replaced the beverage, and kept us rolling with laughter as he updated us on the search for the person who put tea in the coffee machine. The food was excellent, and the portions large enough to require a few take-home boxes. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the size of the meals. Excellent platters of fresh rolls with butter were constantly replaced, and our glasses promptly refilled. Highly recommended.
Not impressed with our to go order this evening. Not only did we wait nearly 20 minutes passed the promised time, one of the meals looked like someone’s leftovers. We ordered chicken tenders with mac and cheese, did not order corn or fries…yet we got both in the box. We also only got 2 rolls. Thank goodness we had ordered 6 extra because the 2 we received was not enough for 3 people. Overall not great.
Joy was the name of my server, she was GREAT!! Good steak and prepared perfectly.
Normally the steaks are cut and cooked perfectly. However last night was not the case. The entire steak was surrounded by a 1 inch piece of fat. After removing the fat my 8 oz strip lost about 2 ounces.
We visit Texas Roadhouse quite a bit. We love the food and the steaks are almost always cook perfectly, as is the rest of the food. The staff are absolutely friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. I'm giving one star on the atmosphere for the condition of the bathrooms and the general appearance of the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting. We went there at 4:00 and so they were only open for about 4 hours. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor. The sink was a mess and it looked like it had not been cleaned from the night before. The floor out in the sitting area was also a mess. Trash and stuff on the ground and the employees just walking around. Not cleaning at all.
It's usually a busy day while at Texas Roadhouse. But regardless, Avery and Daniel at the bar did an amazing job serving patrons. I had tried a new cut of steak recommended by manager Melissa and loved it. Coming to this location is always a treat!
This was our first time sitting at the bar and the gals serving at the bar were lovely. They were fast and helpful. My margarita was very good And the food was excellent. My smothered chicken was wonderful and my husband had no complaints regarding is steak. It was a lovely evening out of a great date night and I thank you!
