Service is amazing the food was hot and delicious the rolls omg! 😄I felt like kid in candy store. Before the food arrived. The drinks are strong and delicious. Date night accomplished. You want be disappointed. My advise join the wait list prior to arriving,it can get extremely busy.
Very good place, unique experience 👌 The food is delicious, and the sides are as well. the mushroom sauce on the chicken 🐔 was delicious, the sirloin with grilled shrimps 🍤 takes you to another world 🌎 the drink is refilled, too . the cheesy fries with the ranch made fresh 😋 highly recommend to visit them. you feel every person cares over here.
If you are someone who enjoys an excellent cut and a perfect medium rare, Texas Roadhouse is the restaurant to visit in Jacksonville, FL. It was the best steak I have had in years! Accompanied by delicious flat mashed potatoes, vegetables and a refreshing drink! I must point out something that always bothers me and always disenchants me in restaurants: Cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised how serious this factor is for Texas Roadhouse, because I saw them do it with different tables, when the diners finish and leave, the guy comes to pick up all the plates, glasses, leftovers and so on, bringing his two cents of cleaning to the table, then another guy or girl comes and adds his or her mile of cleaning: the table, the chairs, the lamp, the menu cartons, the salt and pepper jars; then you will see the supervisor arrive after a few minutes to check in detail that everything has been totally cleaned, including the table floor. Excellent job!
We went on Easter Sunday, and surprisingly the website was correct on 5-15 minute wait, seated in about 10 mins. Our server was fantastic, kept up with drink refills. Order was perfect, steaks were cooked to right temperature. Everything was delish! Was a complete 180 from our last visit. So glad we decided to give them another chance.
Texas RH.. this place is so busy, yet they have good food. I had a double pork chop with mash potatoes and salad.. this dish was GOOD ! I suggest this dish for starters and the onion blossom.. at this RH u can get in line from your phone . I also suggest..
First, I want to say that Texas Roadhouse never misses the mark when it comes to their food or customer service. Tonight, I was served by David E. and the best way I can explain how much I love his vibe is by saying it is equivalent to how much Olaf loves warm hugs. Do you have a longtime friend where you can just pick up the conversation like it was an hour ago, but you haven’t seen them in months, maybe years? That’s how David makes you feel when he is talking to you. The way he checks on you is the same way your grandma would check on you when you were spending the night with her. “You want some tea, sweetheart?” Yes, yes I do. He isn’t pushy, just well-seasoned when it comes to meeting the needs of his customers. I never had to beg for service. He was constantly scanning the room looking at his tables to see if anyone needed something and then your eyes locked like he saw you from across the dance floor and he would swiftly do the two-step over and meet all your needs with a smile. Not only was the service great, but the food was delicious. My husband makes the best green beans and he said that someone was back in that kitchen cooking like their life depended on it. I’m glad to say, they earned another day, because the food was out of this world and cooked to perfection. Now, if you stayed this long with me for this review, I hope you enjoyed the ride. I suggest you take your own vehicle and go to the Texas Roadhouse in Orange Park as soon as possible, so you can experience this majestic place in all its glory for yourself.
We just had one of the best experiences I have ever had here. Food didn't take long, everything came out hot and fresh. Nothing burned, everything perfectly cooked with great portions. DeShawn was our waiter and I would request him every time we go back. He was amazing! Super nice, thinking about stuff I needed before I realized there was none left on the table. Just absolute great service!! It is so hard to find great service and food in the same meal nowadays so Thank You for an amazing meal experience!!
Don't usually eat here but my friends like Texas roadhouse do i gave it a shot. Food was good service was really good. But in 2 different areas we were seated it was so hot. Front of house cold back of house hot in 2 opposite sides I sat at different times. That's the only thing that bring the rating down.
