Had another delicious meal here. We started with the cactus blossom with cajun sauce. I got the chicken critters & 6oz sirloin with loaded steak fries and a house salad. The steak was cooked perfect(I like it well-done). The chicken critters were crispy and delicious with a side of buffalo sauce. The buttered rolls were soft and delicious.
This place has the best steak and ribs combo. Our server was super nice. The restaurant was packed but we were seated in 20 minutes like the hostess said. Very diverse crowd. Friendly service. My very first time here and they rocked. I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently they handled everything.
Got to Love Texas Roadhouse, it is consistent in every aspect. You know the steaks will be good, the sides so-so but kinda fun (I think the fries and apple sauce are OK but I stay away from the rest), the drinks aren't top shelf but contain plenty of alcohol, and the service is always efficient, polite, and with a smile. We go on evenings when there is no wait, and the wacky cowboy atmosphere is strangely relaxing. OK value for the money.
We had a lovely waitress named Sarah and she was honest to God the best server I've ever had. She was so sweet, really funny, and an overall delight. 10/10 experience

Visited this Texas Road house on 9/4/23. Service was TERRIBLE. We ordered 2 beers with cinnamon sugar rim and waited 30min for our drinks. After 30min they brought the drinks and I told the waiter it was missing the sugar rim and it was another 20min so I ended up cancelling the beers. We ordered steak with a side salad and asked for the steak medium well and the salad no bacon. We got the salad with bacon and the steak medium rare. We also ordered grilled bbq chicken and it was gross. No one was able to enjoy the food. Paid $110 for horrible service and food. Don't think I will be coming back to this restaurant.
Saturday I went to eat at this location, and there was an issue about a missing phone, a white lady accused a black family of taking it, there was an argument where the police had to be called and the black family was escorted out (the husband being a black police officer) while the white family was left in the restaurant to finish their meal, the manager white woman, picked sides easily. Never returning to this location AGAIN. Every time I go eat there the manager treats only her kind with excellent service while everyone else is looked at with a side eye. Very disappointing this is still an issue in 2023 🤮
We visited this location on 5/23/23 after 7:15pm. After we waited and were seated the waitress was very nice and even gave me a few minutes extra to order. My concern and complaints are about the food and the up charging your restaurant does without telling customers about the big increase of price for the up selling. I ordered the steahouse Kabob with House salad. I asked for cheese on the side because of allergies reasons. I was going to give my husband the extra cheese for his chili and the cheese was still inside the salad but with a container. Also please warn people about the MSG or the amount of sodium you are using in your food. The menu only mentions calories but not the sodium containt. I had the worst side effects from the MSG/Sodium use on my food. My whole body was on fire and severely in pain due to a fibromyalgia flare up only 30min after we left because of the MSG and sodium put in the food. Our waitress never came back after the food was delivered to ask us how everything was. I was definitely going to mention to her that the food was very salty and my steak was over cooked. But she never came back to even ask us how everything was. After 30min of waiting for our waitress, my husband suggested I just eat and try my best with it. Also they up sell constantly without mentioning the up sell cost and the menu doesn't even have the price increase information. Very Dishonest! So when you ask they say a few bucks more. Well that's not the case. Country fried chicken is $15.49 with 2 sides, upselling extra chicken breast (just chicken)is $10.99. What?? For another "few bucks" we could have ordered a whole other meal. The "very salty" 8oz Steakhouse kabob is $15.99 with 2 sides. Upselling 1 extra skewer is $11.49 for just the extra steak. Like are you kidding me? Just in upselling we could have purchased 2 more meals and took it them home. Give customers an option. But no one tells you the crazy up selling charges and it's definitely not in the menu. They are trying to be sneaky and dishonest by saying only a few bucks more. After over an hour + later our waitress reappeared and we asked for the check. we were getting upset and wanted to pay and leave & it was getting really late. By the time we actually left it was already 9:00pm. A manager did come out and we told her Customers should be notified of the upsell price increase because this is unreasonably dishonest. We should have the option for a couple of bucks more to purchase another whole meal or just not except the upselling. It will be a very long time before we even try to visit again.
